From time to time, Bone Language glanced at the skeleton beside him and thought this brother was just about perfect. In the past, everyone he'd met either wanted to take a shortcut into the castle or had no musical talent whatsoever. Most of them wouldn't even talk to him, of course. But this brother was enthusiastic, bold, chatty, and honest. A true brother.

He just didn't know whether his musical talent was as good as Bone Language's. But that was fine. He could teach him. He could teach him.

Le City was huge, but with Bone Language leading the way, they went straight along the river and soon found Zhou Boss.

After the war with the God Realm civilization, Zhou Boss's bones were noticeably more battered. But he no longer seemed so silent; there was a hint of ferocity about him now.

Bone Language brought Lu Yin over. "Zhou Boss, I've come to see you again."

Lu Yin looked ahead. Zhou Boss didn't acknowledge them at all. He just sat there on his own, doing who knew what.

Bone Language greeted him several more times, but Zhou Boss still didn't respond.

Helpless, he looked to Lu Yin.

Lu Yin nodded at him confidently. "I'll handle it."

Bone Language looked hopeful. "You can?"

"Absolutely." Lu Yin was quite confident. He'd once merged with Zhou Boss, after all, and knew his memories better than anyone. If I can't handle this, what good am I?

He went up to Zhou Boss and turned his back to Bone Language. Then he slowly said, "I miss Zhuan Xing."

Zhou Boss abruptly stared at Lu Yin, his disbelief plain to see.

Lu Yin lifted his head and met Zhou Boss's gaze. "I never thought I'd see you from this angle, Boss. It's been a long time."
