Lu Yin had been glad he'd taken the time to learn music. He'd been confident, because Le Lou Ku Jin's music was awful. It wasn't proper music at all, just an outlet for his emotions. Lu Yin had thought the music developed by Human Civilization could trounce it.
But he was only one person. Even if Fish Bone and Zhou Boss were just there to make up the numbers, they shouldn't hold him back.
Now, the more he looked at it, the more he felt they were holding him back.
No wonder Fish Bone had never managed to form a band all these years. Lu Yin regretted recruiting him. Maybe he should kick him out?
But Zhou Boss was even worse than Fish Bone.
Lu Yin had once merged with Zhou Boss, but he hadn't seen all of his memories, only a tiny fraction.
"Brother, come on! Let's play and become the brightest band in Le City!" Fish Bone said excitedly.
Zhou Boss was fired up. "We'll definitely win. Let's fight side by side!"

Anyway, he'd see how good the band guarding the castle was first.
Over the years, he'd merged with many bone creatures, but compared with all the bone creatures in Le City, they were no more than a drop in the ocean. Some of them might have challenged the castle band, but he hadn't seen those memories. Every time, he'd searched for memories with a specific purpose.
The rivers ran in every direction. Following one of them, Fish Bone led Lu Yin and Zhou Boss to the castle. Aside from entering through the sewers, this was the closest Lu Yin had ever gotten to it.
