The bear looked up and gazed in the same direction. Lu Yin and the others were there, not far away. They had stopped trying to hide; there was no point, and it only wasted time. Lu Yin came to tell stories of his own accord every day, and the sooner he finished, the sooner he could call it a day.

After watching them for a while, the bear lowered its head and returned to its book without answering.
