Saint Yi said, "No. She has no interest in competing with the other Main Daos. Right now, all the Main Daos wish they could gather every last bit of their strength in Outer Heaven. Only Saint Rou is going against the grain. Saint Gao can't do anything about it, and can't disobey her, either."
