Lu Yin entered the Unbounded Realm and was astonished to find that there was nothing there. There weren't even any living beings. It was utterly lifeless.
How could this be?
Wasn't the Wuzu supposed to exist here?
Hadn't they said the Wuzu made the kill lists in Time Ancient City? Why was there nothing here?
Lu Yin searched the entire Unbounded Realm, but he couldn't find a single living being.
There were no buildings, either. No trace of civilization.
How strange.
The stranger it was, the more he wanted to see through it. Rumors about the Wuzu clearly circulated beyond this realm, yet there was nothing here. There was only one possibility: some being was guiding the information about the Wuzu.
According to the rumors, Wuzu creatures had no form. Whenever a major event occurred, they would take on the form of the civilization that had been guided into bringing it about.
The story reminded Lu Yin of the ferryman clan of the Main River of Time. They could parasitize time itself.
But the Wuzu and the ferryman clan should be different.
Lu Yin spent two years in the Unbounded Realm, searching for clues about the Wuzu. In the end, he did find one: there had once been vitality in the Unbounded Realm.
Beyond that, there was nothing.
Vitality represented the Dao of Life. Since there had once been vitality here, could the Wuzu be connected to the Life Master?
Lu Yin still left the Unbounded Realm.
Afterward, he ordered people to keep searching it and not overlook even the smallest clue. The state of the Unbounded Realm made him uneasy. It was unsettling in a way he couldn't explain.
