Zhao Yu looked at Lu Yin with mixed emotions. "Your Highness, Regent, could you tell me where Luo Sheng—Bai Xue—is? Many of my sisters in the Blue Camp want to know how she's doing."
Lu Yin thought for a moment. "I don't know."
Zhao Yu was disappointed. Back on Earth, they had heard that Bai Xue and Zhang Ding Tian's group of four had gone missing. That was why they had come to Yu Tang: to find out whether they were truly missing or had met with misfortune. But they had made no progress. The Great Yu Empire was far more complicated than she had imagined. Even leaving the First Ring Continent was difficult for her, let alone finding out where Bai Xue was. Now, after finally running into Lu Yin, the person in power in the empire, she had received the same answer.
"Although I don't know where Bai Xue is, she should be safe," Lu Yin said, unable to bear the sorrow in Zhao Yu's eyes.

Zhao Yu relaxed. Lu Yin seemed so distant and untouchable; to the people of Earth, Zhang Ding Tian felt more real. If Luo Sheng was with him, she should be all right.
