The Four Great Yu were enormous. They held up the fallen branches, and countless creatures survived beneath them.
Those creatures came in all shapes and sizes. They might once have been enemies in Outer Heaven, but now they had to join forces to survive.
Most of them couldn't travel through the cosmos and could only live on the tree roots.
This was Nan Yuan. The other three Yu were in different directions along the roots.
Nobody knew why the Four Great Yu were holding up the branches. The White Bone Creature had no such memories, either.
Lu Yin controlled the White Bone Creature's body and approached the others. Eternal Life Realm creatures were here, too. They could travel freely through Cubic Distance. They had either come to rescue their kin or to search for the secrets of the mother tree.
Everyone knew that the enormous mother tree supported the universe, so it was only natural to suspect that it held secrets.
But the mother tree had once been controlled by Main Dao, and it was far too large and resilient to investigate. There had been no point in dwelling on it. Now that the mother tree had collapsed, however, many creatures wanted to see what they could find.
What drew creatures from the outside most of all was the debris from Outer Heaven.
Outer Heaven had seventy-two realms, each containing tens of thousands of universes. Every universe had given rise to powerful beings, and every universe held many tombs of the great.
When the Seventy-two Realms were intact, many tombs and hidden caches were
