Demp stowed the box, then looked up and saw Ku Wei. His gaze turned cold. "What a clown." With that, he leaped up and left the swamp, striding quickly in one direction as if he knew exactly where he was going.
Everyone had their own way of searching for sourceboxes. Ku Wei's method was a little bizarre, but it worked well enough. Half a day later, he robbed a Spirit Interpreter and really did get a sourcebox. Excited, he quickly swapped out the fake for the real one, held it high above his head, and even opened the box so others could see. He was so afraid no one would notice there was a real sourcebox inside that he left many people speechless.
He was practically holding up a megaphone and shouting, "Come rob me!" The man was remarkably confident.
Lu Yin felt a little tempted. He was thinking of robbing Ku Wei. It would almost be a shame not to, given how punchable Ku Wei's face was.
Just as Lu Yin was about to make his move, a giant python shot up from below and lunged at Ku Wei. The Great Snake Queen stood on its back, attacking at the same time to plunder his star energy.
Ku Wei grew excited. As the giant python opened its jaws to bite him, he slowly raised his index finger. "One Finger Zen."
With a whoosh, the giant python stopped in midair. Blood then streamed down its back, as if staining the sky red. The Great Snake Queen was horrified. She hurriedly dragged the python away as Ku Wei grinned. "Pretty lady, don't run! Hand over the sourcebox to Brother Wei!"
No one knew what Ku Wei had done. Even Suo Haar and the others inside the True Explanation Hall couldn't tell
