Zhenmu Star wasn't large, about the size of Earth. The difference was that Earth was blue, while Zhenmu Star was entirely green—so green that it looked strange.
People sent by the Outer Universe Youth Council monitored Zhenmu Star. Although the council had fallen into decline and had little authority, it still kept a firm grip on certain places. Zhenmu Star was one of them.
