After finishing, Lynn looked at the Skeleton Division officers on either side of him.
They were all criminals, vicious thugs, and other disruptive elements whom he'd recruited into the army. He'd assigned them political commissars and kept them undergoing reform through labor. He'd also taken great care to keep them out of residential towns and villages, while strengthening their ideological education and drilling them rigorously.
Now was the time to put them to use.
"Members of Skeleton Divisions 1 and 2, you're criminals. You like bullying men and abusing women in the streets. You like showing off how tough you are, picking on the weak, and collecting protection money."
