The 1st Grenadier Division, 8th Field Artillery Division, and the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Infantry Divisions formed the defensive flank of the main front, numbering over 90,000. As for the Core Cabinet, three members made for stability, but four did not, so Lynn made a few changes.
Military training was assigned to other people. As for the Military Academy, Lynn had decided to establish one, but it wouldn't train officers from scratch. Instead, enlisted men would rise through the ranks on the battlefield to become officers, saving on training costs. An officers' night-school system would also be introduced.
The rules would require officers and their deputies to take turns attending night school, where they would study tactics and command strategy.
