"Harley Quinn, how come I didn't see you on Paradise Island before?"
Harley Quinn greeted her.
"Donna Troy, I've been in the human world this whole time."
Donna replied, her expression somewhat stern.
Anyone would be furious to see an elder in their family get shot right in front of them.
Harley Quinn was sensible enough to know this wasn't the time to talk.
Donna clearly wasn't in the mood to say much.
Besides, she was intimidating.
At a full six foot three, she even made Huntress Helena, with her own six-foot height and long legs, feel small—never mind Harley Quinn.
Harley felt like she was a whole head shorter!
So Harley Quinn said, "Donna, let's go. We'll head back to Gotham first. I've already sent people to find his family."
"We'll approach his family slowly?"
Donna Troy nodded, her expression easing a little.
"Approach them?"
Harley looked puzzled. "We can just grab them."
"..."
Donna wanted to ask if they were a gang.
But after taking a look, she decided there was no point asking.
Especially with Black Canary and Huntress dressed like that, and so many underlings around. They had to be a gang.
If Black Canary Dinah and Huntress Helena knew what she was thinking, they'd have been helpless to respond.
They hadn't wanted things to turn out this way at first, either.
But they'd realized Gotham's crime could never be stamped out. Then Harley Quinn had kept manipulating them.
Someone had to control Gotham. Why shouldn't it be them?
In short, they'd been talked into it.
And they really didn't do anything bad. If anything, they'd made Gotham safer.
They were the only ones allowed to use violence. Anyone else who tried it got dealt with violently.
Perfect.
Before long, they were all in their cars.
