Li Ang had just walked in when he heard voices from the second floor.
It was Rachel's voice.
Then Kara's voice rang out too. "When have we ever not wanted you around?"
"Rachel, stop being unreasonable!"

Li Ang nodded. The three girls were having a friendly conversation.
This sort of thing had become quite common.
As their lives settled down, the three girls had started clashing more often.
After all, they had only gotten along at first because they were "all in the same boat."
But now that they'd spent more time together, they didn't pay as much attention to that anymore.
Li Ang thought it was perfectly normal for them to have disagreements.
Even the best of friends could get on each other's nerves after spending too much time together. They'd notice each other's bad habits and start to feel annoyed.
