"Where was Susan?"
Li Ang returned to the ground below, but one of the lovely figures beside the two queens was gone.
"She left."
White Queen Emma Frost folded her arms and spoke lazily.
"Why?"
Li Ang was a little surprised. They hadn't even celebrated yet.
White Queen Emma Frost rolled her eyes at him. "Someone treated her like a possession. Any woman would find that unbearable."
"You're objectifying women."
Despite his words, both queens took it in stride and weren't angry.
After all, White Queen Emma Frost had even personally given Li Ang a "gift."
That went beyond objectifying her...
"I was only joking."
Li Ang sighed.
"Are you going to go after her? If you're sincere, you might have a chance with her."
A smile played at the corner of White Queen Emma Frost's mouth.
But Li Ang wasn't stupid. He couldn't do that in front of them.
Both queens gave him a strange look.
Li Ang knew exactly what to say.
"Having you two is enough for me."
The Spider-people came over.
"Li Ang, what are you doing here?"
Gwen Stacy took off her mask and bounded over to him.
The other Spider-people stared at him in surprise.
"I have a lot of friends in this world."
Li Ang smiled. "This is Emma Frost."
"And this is Gwen Stacy."
He introduced them to each other.
White Queen Emma Frost immediately took Li Ang's arm, making Gwen's brows twitch.
Gwen looked at Li Ang as if asking, What would Harley Quinn think?
The two women exchanged greetings.
Then Gwen Stacy said, "I wonder how Kara and the others are doing."
"Summer vacation's almost here," Li Ang replied. "I'm planning to take them on a trip."
"I haven't seen Kara in ages. I'll come visit you all sometime."
