Chapter Summaries

Kenma accepted Michikatsu Tsugikuni as his retainer and then took control of Riko Amanai to meet Kagaya Ubuyashiki and the Spirit Killing Squad. The chapter ended with Kenma addressing Kagaya through Riko’s body.

• Kenma asked Kokushibo to serve under him, and Kokushibo agreed in exchange for the chance to gain greater power.
• Kenma renamed Kokushibo Michikatsu Tsugikuni and completed a contract with him.
• Kenma connected to Riko Amanai and learned that the Uchiha Clan planned to execute the culprits who destroyed their clan, including Uchiha Itachi.

The Uchiha publicly executed Shimura Danzō, Obito Uchiha, and Uchiha Itachi, but the Hell Gate appeared and dragged their bodies into Hell. After hearing Riko’s report, Kenma decided that Hell needed his attention and went to the Twelfth Division to meet Kisuke Urahara.

• Izuna Uchiha ordered the execution of Shimura Danzō, Obito Uchiha, and Uchiha Itachi as Uchiha clansmen and observers watched.
• Minato Namikaze, Kushina Uzumaki, Kakashi, Hiruzen Sarutobi, and Asuma Sarutobi reacted to the condemned men, while Fugaku and Mikoto grieved over Itachi.
• A Hell Gate appeared, pulled the three executed men inside, and vanished after destroying the Execution Platform.
• Riko Amanai told Kagaya Ubuyashiki that the Hell Gate had taken the criminals, then reported the event to Kenma.

Kenma asked Kisuke Urahara to help him break through a Shinigami’s limit through Hollowification, but Kisuke claimed he had no solution yet. During their visit, Kirio Hikifune revealed that she had been chosen for promotion to Zero Division.

• Kenma discussed tea and Chūjirō Sasakibe with Walter before Kisuke Urahara arrived, exhausted from managing Twelfth Division work and promoting the Gikongan pilot program.
• Kenma had Walter raise a barrier and told Kisuke that his Spiritual Pressure had reached a limit, asking for help with Hollowification; Kisuke concealed his shock and promised to seek a solution.

• Kenma left the Twelfth Division with Walter and discussed how Kisuke Urahara and Mayuri Kurotsuchi had helped Kiryū Kirishiki improve her research.
• Walter noticed signs that Kisuke Urahara had concealed something, and Kenma concluded that Urahara had lied despite his ability detecting no deception.

After sealing Gojo Satoru, Kenjaku warned the Cursed Spirits not to harm Meimei while testing whether the Shinigami would intervene. He confronted Meimei in Shibuya, then fled and trapped her and Ui Ui behind a swarm of Cursed Spirits.

• Kenjaku, Mahito, Jogo, and Choso discussed their plans after sealing Gojo Satoru, and Mahito and Jogo agreed to race to find Yuji Itadori.
• Kenjaku warned the Cursed Spirits not to harm Meimei, threatening to kill them if they endangered his plan.

Zhen'er returned to the Human World during the aftermath of the Shibuya Incident and confronted Kenjaku, Mahito, and the arriving Jujutsu Sorcerers. As he seized Yuji Itadori to draw out Sukuna, Yuki Tsukumo arrived to challenge the growing chaos.

• Yuji Itadori defeated Mahito, but Kenjaku blocked his path and severely wounded him with cursed spirits.
• Zhen'er appeared, crushed Kenjaku's wrist, and brutally incapacitated Mahito when the cursed spirit tried to escape.
• Atsuya Kusakabe, Utahime Iori, Choso, and other sorcerers arrived, while Kenjaku recognized Zhen'er and Uraume moved to protect Sukuna.
• Uchiha Ming arrived to collect souls, and Zhen'er ordered him to bring Sukuna over by taking Yuji Itadori.
• Uraume froze Zhen'er, but he broke free, seized her by the throat, and Uchiha Ming repelled Choso and the sorcerers trying to rescue Yuji.

Zhen'er defeated Yuki Tsukumo and gathered Yuji Itadori, Mahito, and Kenjaku while waiting for Meimei to arrive with two of Sukuna’s Fingers. As Meimei delivered them, Lord Kenma began descending into the human world, warping the sky above the gathered sorcerers.

• Yuki Tsukumo arrived to confront Zhen'er, but he struck her down in a single blow before she could use her technique.
• Zhen'er joined Uchiha Ming beside Yuji Itadori, asked about Meimei, and stopped Kenjaku from escaping.
• Uchiha Ming told Zhen'er that Mayuri Kurotsuchi and Lord Kenma were also coming, and Zhen'er sensed Meimei approaching.
• Meimei arrived with two of Sukuna’s Fingers and said that Yuji could reach seventeen fingers by eating them.
• Zhen'er and Uchiha Ming sensed Lord Kenma's descent as the sky twisted open, revealing chaotic darkness beyond it.

Kenma arrived with Tobirama Senju and Mayuri Kurotsuchi, captured several enemies for Mayuri’s research, and had Yuji Itadori swallow two more of Sukuna’s fingers. He activated his Bankai to separate Sukuna from Yuji and revealed its enormous executioner’s sword.

• Kenma descended into the clearing with Tobirama Senju and Mayuri Kurotsuchi, where Zhen'er and Uchiha Ming reported that Yuji Itadori and Mahito had been captured.
• Mayuri Kurotsuchi claimed Mahito as research material, then accepted Geto Suguru and the barely living monk as additional subjects while Tobirama Senju hauled them away.
• Kenma learned that Yuji held fifteen of Sukuna’s fingers and that his allies had two more, then ordered Meimei to feed both fingers to Yuji.
• As Sukuna awakened inside Yuji, Kenma activated his Bankai, prompting Mayuri Kurotsuchi and the others to flee the clearing.

Kenma used his Bankai to sever the connection between Sukuna and Yuji, forcing them apart. He then forcibly established a connection with Sukuna so he could take Sukuna’s abilities, leaving Sukuna’s true nature and resistance unresolved.

• Kenma recognized that Sukuna had taken control of Yuji’s body and realized Sukuna had escaped Kido restraints by cutting off and regenerating his limbs.
• Sukuna attacked Kenma with slashes, but Kenma overwhelmed him and used his Bankai to sever the bond between Sukuna and Yuji.

As the invasion began, Yamamoto Shigekuni arrived outside the barrier with Chūjirō Sasakibe, Kyōraku Shunsui, and Ukitake Jūshirō to investigate.

• Kenma reviewed the mobilized army with Nobunaga, Sengoku, and Tsuru, while privately regretting the Astartes-like design of Walter’s Kido Armor.

• Kyōraku Shunsui and Ukitake Jūshirō warned Yamamoto Shigekuni that Shikashuin Kenma’s influence and the barrier’s activity might signal a dangerous plan.

• Akainu led a vanguard of five hundred armored soldiers through the breach, defeated the Quincy in the surrounding streets, and expanded their position.
• Charlotte Linlin used Gaia to raise the ground into a defensible highland as the larger army entered the Shadow Space.
• After the passage closed unexpectedly, Oda Nobunaga reassured the troops, announced a revised plan, and ordered the operation to begin.
• Jugram Haschwalth told Bazz-B that the enemy might be stronger than the Quincy and gave him a list of Sternritter to save for a retreat.
• Bazz-B agreed to follow Haschwalth’s request, and the two headed to the prison to bring a powerful prisoner into the battle.

Kenma faced Yamamoto Shigekuni and Kagaya Ubuyashiki as they demanded to inspect the Onmitsukidō’s secret exercise. He allowed them inside after insisting on confidentiality, where they saw a staged training ground and unusual weapons.

• Kagaya Ubuyashiki arrived with Yamamoto Shigekuni and the captains, while Tobirama Senju and two others blocked the barrier and cited the need for approval.
• Kenma emerged from the barrier with a young Uchiha and ordered Tobirama to stand down, then argued with Yamamoto over the inspection.

Shimazu Toyohisa and Yoichi broke through a Quincy position while Garp and Kuzan captured another, freezing its defenders to spare them from the extermination campaign. Sengoku ordered Akainu to unleash Meteor Volcano on Wandenreich, devastating the city; Kaido then confronted Bazz-B, but a bolt of The Thunder interrupted his attack and drew his attention to five Quincy women.

• Shimazu Toyohisa charged through the Quincy arrow barrage with Yoichi's support, and they led the assault force into close combat.
• Garp and Kuzan broke through another position, freezing the Quincies there so their fate could be decided after the war.
• Sengoku ordered Akainu to attack, and Akainu unleashed Meteor Volcano across Wandenreich, setting the city ablaze.

Akainu devastated the Quincy city, while Sengoku sent Whitebeard and the others into battle. Kaido confronted the Sternritter, King knocked Bambi away, and Liltotto suspected the enemy knew their secrets because of a traitor.

• Akainu’s magma attacks destroyed most of the city, but an unseen Quincy sniper grazed him before Sengoku ordered him into the battlefield.
• Sengoku sent Whitebeard, Izo, and Ace to fight, while Ace headed toward the palace where Kaido faced the Sternritter.
• Candice attacked Kaido with Galvano Blast, but Kaido countered her lightning with his own thunder.

Kaido and Big Mom confronted four Quincy, who revealed their Vollständig after Kaido sent them crashing into the palace. Kaido fought Gerard while Big Mom and Perospero faced the girls, and King began battling Bambi.

• Kaido changed from dragon form to human form and struck the four Quincy with Thunder Bagua, sending them into the palace wall.
• The four Quincy emerged from the rubble in Vollständig, and Kaido left Big Mom to fight them while he went to face Gerard Valkyrie.
