The Snow Empress safely led Shen Hanyu through the territories of one powerful Soul Beast after another, eventually reaching an area close to the Core Circle.
After giving it some thought, Shen Hanyu still chose the Fierce Beast-level Mermaid Queen. Her age and cultivation were both exceptionally suitable, and Shen Hanyu naturally had no intention of lowering his standards.

The Snow Empress led Shen Hanyu along several icebergs floating on the sea, flying outward for some time. Only after the icebergs had completely vanished from the surface, leaving nothing but drifting ice, did she slowly come to a halt.
