Origin and Structure

A Source World is a self-contained world whose internal operation is governed by its Origin Space, its constituent Origins, and the Supreme Rule formed from numerous Ultimate Daos. 447 547 709

• Origin Space — Exists simultaneously on immeasurable and infinitesimal scales: it can encompass the entire Source World, yet normally admits only the consciousness of cultivators who have reached the Second Tier Universe God level in a path. 547
• Origins — Appear in the Origin Space as interwoven colored light clusters. Their condition determines the Source World’s stability, cultivation environment, and operation. 547 610
• Supreme Rule — The governing framework formed by a large number of Ultimate Daos. It regulates all things within a Source World and can suppress foreign forces. 448 587 709
• Origin World Lord connection — The Origin World Lord states that all Source Worlds are imitations of him; the evolution of their eras resonates back to him and contributes to his own deductions. 682 709

Native Status and External Suppression

A Source World’s origin is inclusive toward life born within it but rejects outsiders. This distinction determines who can access, influence, or refine its Origin Space. 601

• A cultivator generally must either be born within a Source World or reincarnate into it through a Lord’s method to enter and refine its origin. 601
• Foreign matter and secret patterns introduced from outside are normally suppressed or annihilated, although a small fraction can adapt and merge over time. 592
• Even powerful outsiders are restricted inside a Source World; without damaging the world, they can ordinarily display only Chaotic Origin Dimension-level mysteries. 598
• Forcibly breaking a Source World’s suppression damages the world itself and can eventually cause its collapse. 597

Refinement

Refining a Source World effectively turns it into an extension of the cultivator: once complete, the cultivator and the world’s origin become indistinguishable. 680

Known refinement methods include:

• Gaining the faith of most life within the Source World. 448
• Leaving imprints on more than half of the Ultimate Daos that compose its Supreme Rule; an imprint normally requires Second Tier Universe God attainment in the relevant path. 448 604
• Establishing and controlling a formation powerful enough to command the Source World’s origin. 631

A Source World is difficult to invade but highly valuable once controlled. A World-class Primal Chaos Life leveraging a Source World’s vast origin can temporarily display Ancestor-level combat power. 703

Damage, Destruction, and Repair

Source Worlds evolve through recurring eras, but they can be weakened, eroded, or destroyed when their Origins and Supreme Rules are damaged. 606 709

• Great Destruction — The end and rebirth of eras is part of a Source World’s evolution cycle. 709
• Primal Chaos Life erosion — Primal Chaos Lifeforms can infiltrate Source Worlds through methods such as bloodline power, using affected cultivators and dissipated bloodline energy as footholds for long-term erosion. 572
• Origin corruption — A severely damaged world may develop a deformed mass within its Origin Space that acts as an “egg,” consuming the Source World as nourishment for a gestating entity. 606
• Defensive response — With sentient will acting as a core, a Source World’s origin can grind down and expel invading power, though this may not eliminate the threat entirely. 587
• Repair — Lin Qingyu can repair origins corresponding to paths he has comprehended to the Ultimate Realm. Repairing an Origin restores the world’s operation and can provide insight into interconnected Daos. 579 610

World Merging Net

The World Merging Net is a vast formation created by Yuan within the Sealed Zone to connect and merge hundreds of thousands of Source Worlds. 592

The network’s original purpose was to reduce inter-world repulsion gradually and merge the worlds into a powerful super Source World. 601 712

Lin Qingyu later rebuilt the damaged network into a deeper system directly connected to Source World Origins. Unlike the original net, his network altered the operation of the Supreme Rules from within, accelerated fusion, and connected his consciousness to every Source World in the blockade zone. 712
