Climbing the peak was still tiring, and so far, Setaqa hadn't experienced her Purification yet.

So, after a brief moment of tenderness like a dragonfly skimming the water, Karya and Setaqa began their climb, accumulating strength side-by-side.

Karya climbed the steep cliff face, occasionally hanging onto Setaqa for a rest, while carefully observing the changes within himself.

How to put it...

Besides his natural sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste, he seemed to have gained a brand new, albeit still vague, sensation.

If he had to compare it... it was the first time Karya directly felt the "pressure" that had been constantly present since his transmigration.

Lost in thought, Karya didn't rashly try to use this power. Instead, he focused his mind and climbed with all his might.

"You're acting very strange right now," Karya narrowed his eyes slightly. "Have you entered the Purification state?"

"I have plenty of stamina," Setaqa shook her head gently. "No problems at all. Look, I haven't even broken a sweat."
