A Long-Awaited Reunion

The voice sounded familiar.

Shyvana turned around.

At the entrance to the Art Support Association's old building, amid a crowd of people, a tall man was waving at her.

"You are..."

Shyvana recognized him at once.

Jarvan IV—the former Emperor of Demacia.

"Miss Shyvana, it's been a long time." To her surprise, Jarvan IV actually parted the crowd and came over to her. "Are you here to study architecture again?"

As he spoke, he raised an eyebrow ever so slightly, then glanced out of the corner of his eye at the people gathered around him.

Shyvana wasn't quite sure what was going on, but under Jarvan IV's expectant gaze, she gave a small nod.

As it happened, she wanted to talk to Jarvan IV too. Besides delivering a letter to Karya, she had a letter from Taric to give him.

"Wonderful." Perhaps it was her imagination, but Shyvana thought she saw a hint of relief on his face. "Come on. I'll show you some of the new buildings in Demacia City from the past few years."

With that, Jarvan IV moved to walk shoulder to shoulder with Shyvana, then turned and waved at the people behind him.

They seemed to want to crowd around them, but Shyvana's presence appeared to make them hesitate. In the end, they could only remain where they were and watch Jarvan IV leave with Shyvana.
