In the central district of Z City, a scantily clad, alluring female monster had just taken down several low-ranking heroes and easily enslaved them with her whip. She was about to make them tear one another apart and die in agony when, before she could give the order, a group of sharply dressed heroes suddenly appeared across the street and charged toward her.

"Another bunch of nobodies, huh? Did you come to deliver slaves to me?"
"This is so exciting..."

Without a second thought, the alluring, pale-skinned masked monster swung her whip—the one that enslaved anyone it struck—and lashed it hard at the group.

But before her whip could reach the men and women in suits, she was astonished to find her weapon suspended in midair, blocked by some unseen force.

A disdainful laugh rang out. Fubuki, formerly the top-ranked B-Class hero, stepped out from a different direction than her "Fubuki Group" followers. In a dark green dress, high-heeled boots, and a short white jacket, she looked like a young noblewoman out for a stroll.

"Those low-ranking heroes must be under your control, right?"

"If I accidentally kill you right here, do you think your control over them will be lifted at once?"
Stopping a few steps away, Fubuki watched the monster's whip remain suspended by her psychic power and the low-ranking heroes rolling on the ground, still fighting one another. With her arms crossed, she smiled and asked the scantily clad monster with disgust and contempt in her eyes.
