Burning cars and buildings, broken and chaotic streets, crumbling structures on the verge of collapse, neighborhoods thrown into disarray, and the wail of sirens rising into the sky had become the defining sounds of Gotham City.

The Hulk seemed to be venting his endless rage...
After crushing Batman's black Batmobile and quickly tearing it apart, he found no sign of the hateful man in the black cape who had just been attacking him with all sorts of weapons. He suddenly lifted his head and roared at the man in the red cape who had only just flown into the sky.
The guy in the black cape was gone, but Hulk recognized the hated figure flying above him!
Last time, if it hadn't been for a little girl he was "a little" afraid of showing up in time and stopping him, he wouldn't have had to stop attacking his enemy. That flying guy would probably have been beaten to death by now!
But now that the other guy had appeared in front of Hulk again, he certainly wasn't going to let him off easily.
The only thing was, Hulk hadn't figured out how to fight the enemy yet... The man hovering in midair above him had all kinds of powerful abilities: immense strength, strange beams that shot from his eyes, and freezing breath from his mouth. Hulk didn't care about any of them, because he wasn't afraid of those abilities!
But what made Hulk the angriest—and gave him pause—was that the other guy could fly!!
Last time, the Hulk had nearly been thrown into the sky, where he couldn't get a foothold in any direction. He'd almost been thrown right out into space...
