He even applied for fighter pilot training and received approval. He handled Cobra maneuvers and falling-leaf maneuvers with ease. It was tremendously thrilling. He even fired live air-to-air missiles and sparred against ace pilots—naturally, he won.
Whether it was a helicopter or a fighter jet, performing difficult maneuvers required more than skilled piloting. The most basic requirement was physical fitness, because one had to withstand gravity.
