A secondhand car market in Flower Township, a fairly spacious storefront tucked away in the farthest corner, had opened amid lively fanfare.
Many flower baskets were arranged at the entrance, a red carpet was laid out, and hand-twisted party poppers went off with bang after bang, blasting multicolored confetti into the air before it danced down.
With everyone gathered so noisily, it really did have some of the festive atmosphere of a grand opening.
