After a bout of turbulence, the plane finally climbed above the clouds and settled into steady flight.
Yet the tremendous noise did nothing to curb the cannon fodder's enormous curiosity. They all crowded to look at the blue sky outside the windows, the white clouds below, and carried on with their usual joking and laughter.
