Visual Mist Card had some effect, but the Mechanical Dogs and Mechanical Bees controlled by Qi Yuan relied on a dual targeting system: pure vision plus sensors. Even if she could obscure the cameras on those machines with Visual Mist, she couldn't fool all the sensors covering them.
But Bai Fu's take was that none of that mattered.
This wasn't a one-on-one fight between her and Qi Yuan. It was a Pokémon showdown between Qi Yuan, who controlled machines, and her, who controlled players!
