Ying Zheng slowly stepped out of the moon wheel. The long table, great chair, and wine jar within that disk of moonlight silently dissipated. Only a clear bluish-white moonbeam, pure as water, floated above Ying Zheng's head, continuously showering down threads of visible chill that tempered his body. With his hands clasped behind his back, Ying Zheng looked coldly at Lin Qi. "Eastern Harmony King Lin Qi, you should know what punishment awaits you after saying those things to me."

Casting a mocking glance around them, Ying Zheng shook his head. "An ancient magic array that seals off space and prevents any aura from leaking out?"

Lin Qi smiled and nodded. "I didn't want too much commotion to draw certain beings' attention, so this was the only way. I have certain plans in Black Spirit Continent. I only want to quietly swallow the portion of benefits that belongs to me, without outsiders coming in to interfere."

Ying Zheng gave Lin Qi a surprised look. "You intend to make a move against Black Spirit Continent? Could it be that you want to unify Black Spirit Continent? Lin Qi, what virtue or ability do you possess to dare entertain such thoughts? Only I—only I can accomplish such a great feat! I alone am the Heaven-mandated common sovereign of this world!"

"Heaven-mandated?" Lin Qi shook his head. "You may..."
