Pighead's longest book ever—seven million characters, unprecedented.

Pighead's most exhausting book ever, lasting nearly two years. I'm truly a little worn out.

Pighead's hardest-worked-on book ever. It achieved some pretty good results, and I'm comforted at heart.

Pighead's most grateful-for book ever. The enthusiasm and passion of countless readers kept Pighead striving on until today. Pighead is clumsy with words and thin-skinned besides, so I'm embarrassed to name every brother and sister one by one. But Pighead remembers it all in my heart, and everyone understands Pighead too. Someday, if we can get together and drink to our hearts' content, that'll be enough!

All things considered, Age of Light was the first book for which Pighead constructed a complete story system and world framework before writing it. But this book did not perfectly convey the desolation and rise after a great cataclysm that Pighead had wanted. There were reasons of my own behind that. I'm reflecting on them, learning the lessons, and working hard to improve!

Writing one book for nearly two years was an unprecedented attempt for Pighead. It was tiring and difficult, but what comforts me even more is the support and encouragement of so many readers—especially the help from many of you. Pighead is almost embarrassed by it.

Then there are Pighead's editor friends. Over these past couple of years, I've had everyone to thank for their help. You've all worked hard too! Pighead has kept it all in my heart.

As for the new book, the vast majority of its framework and settings have already been completed. It's still a pretty good book—Pighead feels pretty good about it, anyway. To briefly introduce the protagonist and some of the people around him: their personalities are rather... the sort that outrage heaven and harm reason! Please look forward
