At noon, dark clouds suddenly blanketed the sky, and a raging storm swept through Twin Sun Red Dragon City, just as it had on the night when so many princes and nobles rebelled.
The rain came down in sheets. Several tornadoes even hung at the edge of the sky, their pitch-black columns of wind almost motionless as they floated between heaven and earth. That awe-inspiring might of nature lay heavily over the entire imperial capital. Anyone who saw those tornadoes felt as though their souls had been ripped away by the wind columns; many trembled so badly they could not walk.
The largest drill ground in the imperial city lay empty. Only Ying Zheng, clad in a half-body suit of black Qilin armor and gripping a glossy black steel-tipped spear, stood coldly watching a towering figure in heavy armor a hundred yards away, who held a wind-splashing saber and stood with a grim face.

Two metallic poles abruptly rose from the empty drill ground, and the lightning immediately changed direction, striking down at the two of them. The fist-thick bolt split into two streams, hitting the spear and saber. Dazzling blue-red sparks burst around Ying Zheng and the figure, currents spraying in every direction with piercing crackles.
"Your Majesty, forgive this subject's offense!" The figure, nearly three meters tall and made all the more hulking and savage by his ferocious heavy armor, let out a muffled roar. Like a maddened bull, he swung his saber and charged at Ying Zheng. Showing no courtesy whatsoever, he put all his strength into a downward slash at Ying Zheng's head, as if Ying Zheng were the man who had murdered his father
