Background

Luo Mo awakens after transmigrating into Tian Meng's body. He recognizes the unfamiliar room and body as Tian Meng's, while retaining memories of having previously occupied other bodies. At the time of his spirit awakening, he possesses the foundation of the Tang Sect's profound arts and is determined to become a Soul Master. He accompanies Old San and Tang San to the Soul Hall for the awakening ceremony. 1

After awakening, Luo Mo develops his Soul Skills and investigates Tang San's diary, seeking methods such as the Limited Finger technique and pursuing high-level Soul Beast materials. He eventually discovers Home!, a void he regards as truly his own rather than another person's property; Snake's Home is described as a remnant connected to Tang San's diary. 2 4

Luo Mo becomes entangled with Xiao Wu during conflicts involving Soul Beasts and spirit rings. He manipulates her into believing she is controlled by a death vine, but transfers her Soul Beast Aura onto Tang San to conceal and protect her. He later marries Xiao Wu and pursues Tian Meng's hidden treasure. 9 10

Over the following years, Luo Mo repeatedly absorbs Soul Rings and Soul Bones, expands his sect's influence, and travels with Tang San and Xiao Wu to Star Dou City to enter the Soul Fighting Academy. Personality

Luo Mo is ambitious, calculating, and highly protective of advantages he considers his own. He studies Tang San's diary, seeks powerful Soul Beast resources, and creates the “Ten Great Home! Treasures” partly to control how knowledge and attention are directed. 2 12

He is also manipulative when he judges it necessary. In dealing with Xiao Wu, he intentionally uses fear, emotional pressure, and a fabricated death-vine threat to make her believe she has been subdued. He understands that emotional control is temporary, but considers planting a lasting psychological “seed” sufficient. 9

Despite this ruthlessness, Luo Mo repeatedly acts to protect people within his circle. He conceals Xiao Wu's Soul Beast Aura, helps her survive dangerous situations, shares the benefits of the Spirit Devouring Douluo with her, and gives Tang San his last bottle of youth medicine. 9 20 27
