In Krillin's outstretched palm, the two Fusion Worms were still wriggling their bodies happily.

Goku leaned closer, his nose less than three centimeters away from one of the worms.

His resolute face, belonging to a Super Saiyan of the fourth stage, was completely twisted up at that moment.

His golden eyes were filled with revulsion. He could even see the fine, yellowed barbs lining the worm's mouthparts.

"Krillin, can this thing... really be eaten?" Goku pinched his nose, his voice muffled.

"Eat it or don't. Your choice."

Krillin helplessly pursed his lips.

For even Goku to be disgusted by it, it really did seem pretty bizarre. Still, Krillin couldn't resist provoking him again.

"Anyway, if it really doesn't work out, I'll go instead. You guys can rest in the back, eat a Senzu Bean, and once I'm done fighting, we'll head back to Earth."

"How could we do that?!"

Goku looked into the distance, where Ultimate Buu's massive black body was slowly swelling amid the ruins.

An eerie cackling laugh occasionally came from his mouth. There wasn't the slightest trace of reason in those completely red sclera; he looked exactly like a fierce beast from the Demon Realm, born solely for destruction.

Every breath he took caused the surrounding space to warp ever so slightly.

Goku clenched his fists, gritting his teeth.

In the end, the Saiyan's passion for battle overcame his physical discomfort.

"Fine! If it means beating that guy, I'll do it!"

Goku steeled himself and pinched up the constantly struggling Fusion Worm with two thick fingers.

He squeezed his eyes shut, his brows knotted into a tight lump. His cheeks suddenly puffed out as he tossed the worm straight into his mouth.
