From the depths of the fissure Bai Cha had cleaved open with a single strike, a mysterious aura seeped out. It rose above the river and turned into clouds of dark gray mist, chilling and sinister, steeped in evil.
"This aura..."
Bai Cha raised her hand and caught a wisp of the swirling mist. Her palm went numb, and her whole hand turned into a gray block of ice.
The ice kept spreading, as if it meant to cover her entire body.

Bai Cha reacted at once. Her blood energy surged through her, shattering the gray ice.
"This aura... Is this a strange?"
"Something huge is lurking in the depths of the Zhenlong River! Could this be the Dragon God worshipped by Maple Leaf Village?"
"How interesting. Very interesting..."
She raised a hand, signaling for the people of Huoyan Valley to follow her as they continued to retreat, putting as much distance as they could between themselves and the Zhenlong River.
