The Sage Seal's Functions
If his Spirit Ghost really was Song Blockhead, then the question of time came into play.
Song Blockhead belonged to the past. If the theory was true, did that mean his Spirit Ghost had traveled through time and returned to the past?
A few years ago, novels, movies, and TV shows about traveling through time had already been everywhere. People traveled to the past, the future, other worlds, hell, and Paradise. Wherever you could imagine, the armies of travelers could get there.
There were plenty of ways to make the trip, too: traveling in one's own body, possessing someone else, being reborn, a man becoming a woman, a woman becoming a man. The variations were endless.
The reasons were an even deeper sea. They ranged from the relatively rigorous use of futuristic technology in the early stories to later tales where squatting over a toilet was enough to send someone through time. Even eating or drinking could do it.
So Song Shuhang was no stranger to the idea of time travel.
But if Song Blockhead was his Spirit Ghost... where was he now?
Why hadn't he appeared again?
"Unless something's preventing him from appearing, or... he's dead?" Song Shuhang frowned in thought.
When he visited the Jadewater Pavilion, he would have to speak with Pavilion Master Chu about Song Blockhead's past and see whether it supported his theory.
