He accelerated toward the basket, gathered the ball for a layup, hung in the air to dodge the defense, then flipped it up off the glass with his other hand. Another high-arcing shot.

That let Curry avoid every defender.

The ball hit the rim and bounced slightly, but still dropped cleanly through the net.
