A little over half a month later.
Accompanied by the creaking of cartwheels, several hundred Barbarians from the Garu Tribe drove sheep carts across the rugged Pangula Highlands.
Rumble, rumble...
The clouds in the sky gradually formed a vortex, giving off deep, muffled thunder.
"Priest!"
Dora ran over from the front of the convoy and looked at Reilo. "The elder asked me to consult you. A Netherdeep Thunderstorm is happening ahead. Should we go around the storm zone, or find a place to set up camp temporarily?"
In the eyes of the Barbarians, priests were the gods' servants in the mortal world, symbols and embodiments of wisdom. Therefore, the elders would seek the priests' guidance on many important matters.
Especially after the joint holy war of the six great tribes had failed, everyone in the Garu Tribe felt that the great God of Light was clearly wiser and more powerful than the God of Barbarians.
Reilo raised his head and glanced at the terrifying thunder vortex in the distant sky.
This was the edge of the eye of the storm in the Starveil Land. Combined with the plateau environment, the climate was highly unstable. Reilo had encountered the natural phenomenon known as a Netherdeep Thunderstorm before in Natural Law.
Within a Netherdeep Thunderstorm, the clouds would be compressed by the immense pressure of the vortex, squeezing thunder from a gaseous state into a liquid one. The terrifying liquid thunder would fall like raindrops and explode upon striking the ground.
"Set up camp."
Reilo's words were like the highest order.
Very soon, the Barbarian tribe migrating toward the eastern part of the Pangula Highlands began settling down, waiting for the Netherdeep Thunderstorm ahead to dissipate.
Ding-dong, ding-dong.
The Barbarian warriors securing the tents with stakes saw Reilo and hurriedly saluted him.
