Background / History

Superhumans originated on Superbody Star, a resource-poor world whose mineral abundance was less than one-tenth that of Star Curtain World. When Superbody Star's natural laws faded and its ecosystem approached extinction, they pursued universal Physical Laws, particularly Gravity and Magnetic Field Laws, as a means of survival. Within a thousand years, they identified Star Body Essence as the resource needed to keep their world operating. 348 473

Under the leadership of the first-tier officer A2/Entropy, they abandoned the geocentric worldview, developed into a nascent interstellar civilization, and established the citizen identity verification system. Entropy's later policy extracted souls from physical bodies, compressing and solidifying them into pure God Body forms to reduce resource consumption. Most opponents of this transition were eliminated or imprisoned. 463 473 1050

Superbody Star was driven toward Star Curtain World over 750 years. Using its accumulated inertial momentum, it grazed and collided with the planet, destroying an entire continent and triggering a mass-extinction event. The Superhumans then merged Superbody Star's magnetic field with Star Curtain World's to impose the Sky Veil blockade, before launching the Star Body Siphon to drain the world's natural energy. 348 406

Star Curtain World's two peak civilizations retaliated: Alpha released chaotic particles that made the world's energy violent and slowed the siphon, while the Mandala Flower civilization sent a 128 cm seed to Superbody Star. The seed sealed huge numbers of bodiless Superhumans; fewer than one-tenth escaped. The siphon nevertheless continued for tens of thousands of years, contributing to the gradual extinction of ancient creatures. 348 674

The Superhumans' first long-term phase relied on Derivatives—native collaborators used to intensify conflict, sell civilizations' coordinates, incite wars, and prevent technological development. This covert campaign drove Star Curtain World's civilizations into destructive warfare for roughly 30,000 years. 674 826

Later descents used humans as parasitic carriers. During the Duchy catastrophe, 99% of humans became walking dead within two years, serving as hosts and participating in the extermination of ancient creatures. The collapse of the Wind Eye subsequently killed more than 90% of newly descended Superhumans, leaving survivors vulnerable to radiation, hostile wildlife, spacetime worms, and human Scholars capable of crushing the parasites within themselves. 590 611 650

Society and Civilization

  • Superhuman society is governed by a severe citizen system built around limited resources, mathematical probability, order, and elimination of failure. Mission failure can result in death; lower citizens compete for scarce opportunities. 463 830
  • They regard emotions, facial expressions, hobbies, and personal interests as wasteful luxuries because of their energy cost. Higher-ranking officers retain more latitude for emotion than ordinary citizens. 651 686 1065
  • Superhumans have no conventional religious faith; they instead believe in mathematics, probability, and order. 441 830
  • Their civilization has virtually no traitors. Its civic system suppresses individuality so thoroughly that surrendering to a lower civilization is considered inconceivable. 1050
  • Their information infrastructure includes honeycomb-like energy spheres linked by bands of mental light, which transmit and recycle energy derived from siphoned Star Curtain World energy. 445
  • They judge lifeforms by danger levels; human beings were proposed for reclassification from Level 4 to Level 3 after their unexpected rate of growth and use of incomprehensible abilities. 682
  • The Superhumans are advanced but not fully mature interstellar travelers: they have only crossed into the interstellar tier and consider true Space-Time Channel travel beyond their Curvature Spacetime capabilities. 1057 1078

Factions

  • Entropy's faction — Founded the bodiless God Body citizen era and historically held absolute authority. Entropy seeks to save Superbody Star, even through extreme measures. 1050 1082
  • Grandmother's faction — An ancient physical-body faction that rejected Entropy's transition into pure mental life. It survived the Mandala Flower sealing more successfully because the seal primarily targeted bodiless Superhumans. 1055
  • Datong's faction — A modern opposition bloc against Entropy's policies. Datong ultimately argues that Superbody Star is no longer habitable and that the civilization must travel to new worlds and coexist with their life. 1050 1111
  • Neutral titleholders — Titled Superhumans who generally follow Superbody Star's legal order rather than committing to a major faction. 1086

Appearance

In their standard God Body form, Superhumans are azure flames or jellyfish-like concentrations of mental energy, surrounded by luminous tendrils and mental-power threads. 440 831 1035

  • Their core can be compressed from a spiritual flame into a sesame-seed-sized substance, then reduced further for interstellar descent. 449
  • Their mental threads resemble deep-sea bioluminescent tendrils and can extend from exposed bodies or Flying Devices. 1035 1068
  • They may use mechanical shells, physical bodies, parasitic hosts, or “skins” made from living beings to endure hostile environments. 650 1065 1136
  • High-level officers may manifest dense clouds of tiny Mental Power light spots around themselves. 1035

Abilities & Skills

Mental Power and Telekinesis

Superhumans have evolved mental energy into a high-level force capable of influencing magnetic-field properties, matter, energy, and targets beyond the limits of ordinary Scholar control. 446 447

  • Control magic materials, corpses, human Scholars, and other available matter through mental threads. 696
  • Produce high-intensity substances capable of partially penetrating Antonio's magnetic-field shield. 447
  • Jointly manipulate terrain into dozens of twenty-to-thirty-meter Stone Giants with legendary-level combat strength. 696
  • Use mental attacks to invade and puppet enemies before direct contact. 696
  • Mental Power cannot affect certain higher-dimensional anomalies, including the Observer Civilization's expanding light screen. 831

Compression and Curvature Spacetime Descent

Superhumans compress themselves into microscopic physical shells and transmit them through tiny spacetime rifts to enter distant locations or parasitize hosts. 441 449 1035

  • A microscopic Space-Time Channel rift can deliver matter smaller than one-tenth of a millimeter to a selected coordinate. 441
  • Compression permits infiltration into Star Curtain World and human bodies across extreme distances. 449 1035
  • Curvature Spacetime deployment requires a return-to-surface adaptation period, creating a brief vulnerability. 1035
  • Their known technology cannot establish unrestricted true interstellar travel; Space-Time Channels remain their desired advancement. 1078

Parasitism and Physical Shells

Star Curtain World's natural laws are toxic to exposed Superhumans, making hosts and protective shells essential during descent. 650

  • Descend into specially suitable humans and transform them into carriers or parasitic bodies. 650 970
  • A damaged vessel can expose a Superhuman to hostile external laws and become fatal without a replacement body. 650
  • “Skins” allow certain officer-class Superhumans to move within Star Curtain World's Law consciousness domain. 1136
  • Scientific-minded human survivors can destroy the Superhumans inhabiting them through mental will, gaining exceptional talents in the process. 611

Macro-Law Warfare

Their greatest strength is advanced application of macro Physical Laws and law-based weapons. 348 406

  • Star Body Siphon drains Star Curtain World's natural energy to fuel Superbody Star. 348
  • Sky Veil blockade seals a world's external exploration and counterattack capability by modifying its magnetic-field conditions. 348
  • Fear magnetic fields produce absurd war creatures that convert fear and life souls; these creatures resist many physical and energy attacks. 681 686
  • Vacuum field / siphon vacuum Cataclysm strike removes environmental advantages from natives and devastates ordinary forces. 688 689 693
  • Dark Matter Domain, developed by Eternal Darkness, erases battlefield matter, wreckage, and law-weapon residue. 1071
  • Continental Oscillator Cannon fires a high-energy particle beam intended to melt into a planetary crust and deploy an oscillator. 701
  • Neutron Star Battleship is an exceptionally durable warship based on advanced material science. 1089 1092

Equipment / Weapons / Items

  • Individual Flying Devices — Personal void-combat devices fielded in swarms exceeding 100,000 units. 1067
  • Patrol motherships and swift warships — Void-capable vessels using light-absorbing ion shields and advanced surveillance. 1057 1067
  • Ghost Eye Cat mobile surveillance device — Used to observe targets and lock coordinates for mental transmission. 830
  • Monitoring Matrix Bases — Descent and capture centers that collect humans as carriers and deploy forces across regions. 650 681
  • Celestial and orbital weapons — Space-based weapons capable of unconventional ground strikes independent of terrain. 650
  • Interstellar Matrix High-Energy Particle Cannon — Activated against Ancient Ones after the Mandala Flower seed struck Superbody Star. 1096
  • Purification metal — Used in an attempted capture of White Emperor. 975

Relationships

  • Entropy / A2 — Savior, historic first-tier officer, architect of the citizen system, and central figure in Superhuman political conflict. 463 1050 1084
  • Grandmother — Leader of the ancient physical-body faction; revoked Eternal Darkness's command authority after campaign failures. 1050 1086
  • Datong — Leader of a modern faction opposed to Entropy's direction; advocates departure and coexistence with life in new worlds. 1050 1111
  • Star Curtain World — Primary target of the interstellar rescue plan; its natural energy is siphoned to sustain Superbody Star. 348
  • Mandala Flower civilization — Ancient enemy whose seed sealed most bodiless Superhumans during the original war. 348 674
  • Alpha civilization — Ancient enemy that released chaotic particles to impede the siphon and extend Star Curtain World's lifespan. 674
  • Derivatives — Native collaborators recruited to sabotage civilizations and serve Superhuman objectives in exchange for status or survival. 674 1086
  • Human Scholars — Hostile native force whose scientific belief and research enabled resistance to descended Superhumans. 611 650
  • Reilo — Persistent enemy and researcher of Superhumans; later attacks Superbody Star directly and seeks Entropy. 446 1035
  • Shura Path — Ancient Aurora combatant whose power is particularly restrictive to Superhumans and who kills the titled officer Photon. 1069 1070
