After making the initial arrangements for Reilo's daily routine, Pernash, the Bio-Exterminator, began urgently planning the route for His Majesty the Chen King's visit the next day.

He had to ensure everything went flawlessly, nipping any potential mishaps in the bud. The Chen King and Reilo needed to be able to speak as closely as possible while remaining at an absolutely safe distance.

Only after bustling about for a long while did Pernash finally find a moment to come over to Reilo.

He was also one of the few high-ranking scholars in the Grand Duchy who could meet with Reilo directly.

"Please don't take offense. Your situation is simply too unusual, and time is short, so this is the best arrangement I can make for now. Don't worry, this isn't meant to restrict your freedom. I'll arrange for the committee to conduct a special investigation into your circumstances as soon as possible."

Pernash took a sip of tea and apologized.

Reilo understood.

"It'll be dawn soon, so we can arrange for His Majesty to come over. Before then, is there anything you'd like me to arrange in advance?"

"There are a few things I'll have to trouble you with, Master."

First, he took out some research materials and handed them to Pernash.

"These are the materials for my Extraordinary Scholar degree assessment. Please submit them to the committee for review, Master."

Pernash paused in surprise, then shook his head with a smile and put away Reilo's materials on the ruins of an extraterrestrial civilization.

He'd almost forgotten that, according to the Grand Duchy's records, the scholar before him was still only a Profound Meaning Scholar.

In recent years, the rise of Xixi Li, the Bio-Exterminator, had sparked a revolution in scholarly rankings, making pioneer
