Since some people refused to behave themselves, Wyatt decided to let every deity in the Supreme Planes and God Planes witness what a Paragon High-God truly was.

Whoosh!

Purple lightning flickered across his black robe. Then Wyatt's figure flashed, vanishing instantly from the Plane Teleportation Array. By the time the soldiers reacted, all they could see was a faint, intermittent purple glimmer on the horizon.

A moment later, even that purple glimmer vanished completely.

"Gasp, that speed... Just how powerful is this lord?"

This sight left many of the deities guarding the Plane Teleportation Array inwardly horrified.

They could not imagine how strong Wyatt truly was, but they were certain that he was absolutely among the most powerful experts in the Supreme Planes!

Compared to the Netherworld Continent, there were far fewer deities in the Sea of the Underworld.

There was no other reason; this place truly was not suitable for deities to live in.

Most deities were not all that different from ordinary people in some respects. No one liked staying in gloomy, terrifying places every day unless it was for cultivation.

"The Nine Underworlds Domain of the Netherworld is within the Sea of the Underworld. By my calculations, the Plane Battlefield should be opening soon as well. If I get the chance, I can go take a look."

Wyatt streaked through the skies above the Netherworld at an unimaginable speed, gazing at the cold, dark seawater around him as he thought this.

The Plane Battlefield opened once every trillion years. Whenever it opened, five Plane Wars would be held. Other than the Life God Realm, which did not participate in Plane Wars, the remaining ten planes fought each other in pairs.

Wyatt had only been in the Coiling Dragon world for barely a hundred million years, so naturally, he had never taken part in a Plane War before.

He only wanted to witness the grand spectacle of a Plane War. Unless there were special circumstances, Wyatt would not make a move. At his level, fighting those Commanders would simply be bullying. Moreover, collecting Commander Badges during Plane Wars to exchange for Sovereign Artifacts was of far less use to a Paragon.

Sovereign Artifacts were merely icing on the cake for Paragons. Wyatt had never heard of any Paragon going to the Plane Battlefield to bully Commanders just to collect Sovereign Artifacts.

For Overgods, ten consecutive wins on the Plane Battlefield could earn a portion of Willpower. For deities, however, the Plane Battlefield was essentially a machine for reducing the number of powerful experts, preventing the major planes from becoming overcrowded with them.

The Nine Underworlds Domain of the Netherworld, like Purgatory in Hell, was a gathering place for powerful experts.

At the same time, these two regions were among the routes leading to the Plane Battlefield.

The Commanders within the Nine Underworlds Domain or Purgatory were comparable to the Prefecture Lords of the Netherworld and Hell.

However, relatively speaking, the number of powerful experts who challenged Prefecture Lords was far lower than the number who challenged Commanders.

Places like the Nine Underworlds Domain and Purgatory were more like stages built for battle-hungry experts.

Leisjing, the son of Zijing Sovereign of Zijing Continent in Hell, was a Purgatory Commander.

Of course, no matter how powerful these Commanders were, they could not possibly surpass Wyatt, a Paragon.

Mingshe Canyon was an enormous canyon located in the southern region of the Netherworld Continent.

This enormous canyon was extremely famous throughout the Netherworld, because Mingshe Canyon was the main gathering place of the Ashcroft Family, a superfamily of the Netherworld.

The Ashcroft Family was also called the Mingshe Family by some.

This family was one of the Netherworld's renowned major families. Some deities believed it ranked among the top ten great families of the Netherworld.

Some deities even believed that the Ashcroft Family was powerful enough to rank among the top three families of the Netherworld.

No matter what, the Ashcroft Family's strength was beyond doubt.

Mingshe City was a massive city located within Mingshe Canyon.

The entire Mingshe City was controlled by the Ashcroft Family. After countless years of development, the city's scale had become unimaginably vast.

Many deities traveled from far and wide to Mingshe City in hopes of attaching themselves to the Ashcroft Family.

The northwestern district of Mingshe City was a forbidden zone to other deities.

Those who lived here were the upper-ranking members of the Ashcroft Family.

Seven-Star Demons, ordinarily hard to encounter, were nothing remarkable within the Ashcroft Family.

The Ashcroft Family had nearly a hundred Seven-Star Demons in total!

The title of "Demon" was similar to Hell's title of "Devil," and their star ratings corresponded as well. A Seven-Star Demon was equivalent to a Seven-Star Devil of Hell.

Without any other advantages, taking the six fire-element Law Profoundnesses as an example, one had to fuse at least four of them to reach the level of a Seven-Star Demon.

In the northwestern district of Mingshe City, an enormous and extravagantly constructed castle served as the residence of the Ashcroft Family's patriarch.

The Ashcroft Family patriarch also possessed the strength of an Asura and was the Sovereign's Emissary of an Overgod in the Netherworld.

"Camerlo, who gave you the courage to oppose my Mingshe Family? Do you really think that, just because you're a Seven-Star Demon, no one in the entire Netherworld can deal with you?"

Inside an underground secret room within the patriarch's residence, an old man with green hair, crimson eyes, an aged face, and two small green snakes coiled around his ears looked calmly at the handsome black-haired man lying before him, his Divine Power sealed.

The old man was Ashcroft, the current patriarch of the Mingshe Family.

"Oppose you?"

Camerlo, the man lying on the ground, was so angered by Ashcroft's words that he laughed.

"Ashcroft, you should at least figure out who provoked whom first. If your precious remaining son, the only one left among your nine children, hadn't tried to forcibly take my two daughters, would I have needed to teach that fool of a son of yours a lesson?"

Although his Divine Power was sealed, Camerlo, the Seven-Star Demon, showed Ashcroft no courtesy whatsoever, as though he had already given up any hope of leaving this place alive.

"Shut up!"

The moment Camerlo mentioned his son, Ashcroft's crimson eyes abruptly flared with bloody light. He strode before Camerlo and kicked him directly in the face.

The kick was tremendously powerful, so powerful that it directly caved in the Seven-Star Demon's skull.

"Ashcroft, what kind of bullshit Mingshe Family patriarch are you? What kind of bullshit descendant of the Nether Serpent? You're nothing but a coward who bullies the weak and fears the strong. What does taking your anger out on me prove? Eight of your nine children are dead. If you have the guts, go seek revenge on the experts of the Four Divine Beasts Family. Go talk to the Paragon experts of the Four Divine Beasts Family like that!"

Thin streams of crimson blood flowed from the corner of his mouth, but Camerlo, lying on the ground, still had no intention of shutting up. He continued provoking Ashcroft's nerves.

Camerlo knew that he was doomed to die. Since that was the case, he might as well humiliate the other man viciously.

In Camerlo's eyes, Ashcroft truly was the sort who bullied the weak and feared the strong.

His two daughters had clearly been repeatedly provoked by Ashcroft's son first. Camerlo had merely taught him a slight lesson, yet Ashcroft directly sent family experts to injure Camerlo and his daughters, then sealed their Divine Power and captured them in Mingshe City.

This world was simply that realistic. When facing the Four Divine Beasts Family, the Mingshe Family could only swallow their losses. Yet when facing people like them, this renowned Netherworld family had the capital to strike hard.

Bang!!!

Ashcroft viciously kicked Camerlo in the forehead again. At the mention of the Four Divine Beasts Family, the hostility around him seemed to grow even heavier.

"The Four Divine Beasts Family? Don't mention that damned family in front of me! If it weren't for that trash family, my father would have become a great Overgod! If it weren't for the Four Divine Beasts Family, several of my children would not have died!"
