Ch. 21A Debt of Gratitude

Wyatt visited Northwind City to repay Audrey for saving his life during a Demon Mission in Hell. He offered to help her once, leaving Audrey unsure how to respond to the Paragon’s favor.

  • Wyatt walked through Northwind City and recalled that Audrey had become its city lord after leaving Hell.
  • Wyatt asked the guards to summon Audrey, and they realized he was the Paragon from the Four Divine Beasts Family.
  • Audrey greeted Wyatt and recalled saving him from the Ironleaf Devil nearly a hundred million years earlier.
  • Wyatt told Audrey that he had killed the Ironleaf Devil and offered to help her once to repay his debt.
  • Audrey strolled with Wyatt but remained reserved because he was now a Paragon.

Ch. 22Two Paragons

Wyatt visited Northwind City with Audrey, asking her to help search for several Heavenly Artifacts, including the Supreme God Token. At Jade Flower Ridge, Destiny Paragon Magnus appeared, and Wyatt greeted him as if expecting a confrontation.

  • Wyatt told Audrey he was seeking several Heavenly Artifacts and asked her to keep the search secret while offering items of equal value in exchange.
  • Audrey showed Wyatt Northwind City's delicacies and took him to Jade Flower Ridge, where they discussed the different planes.
  • A powerful divine sense swept over Wyatt and Audrey, and Wyatt identified its approaching owner as Magnus.
  • Magnus arrived and spoke with Wyatt, who asked whether he had come to challenge him to a sparring match.

Ch. 23Still Not Giving Up?

Wyatt met the Destiny Paragon Magnus, who came hoping to make a friend rather than spar, and the two discussed their powers and connections. Magnus warned Wyatt that the Ashcroft Family had sought Paragon patrons, leaving Wyatt wary of their intentions toward the Four Divine Beasts Family.

  • Magnus told Wyatt he had come to meet another Paragon and hoped to make a sincere friend, while declining to spar.
  • Wyatt introduced Audrey to Magnus, and Audrey soon returned to Northwind City after greeting them.
  • Magnus joked that Wyatt might someday clash with Nenisha and recommended that Wyatt consult Palhouse about his Water Law cultivation.
  • Magnus told Wyatt that the Ashcroft Family had approached him and other Paragons to seek their support.
  • Wyatt noted that the Ashcroft Family's search for a Paragon patron seemed aimed at opposing the Four Divine Beasts Family.

Ch. 24Ashcroft Family

After learning that the Ashcroft Family might be conspiring against the Four Divine Beasts Family, Wyatt traveled to the Netherworld to seek a Netherworld Fruit and investigate them. He arrived at Seven Kill Island and decided to visit the Ashcroft Family before heading to Netherworld Mountain.

  • Magnus told Wyatt that the Ashcroft Family might have an Overgod backing it and urged him to investigate their schemes.
  • Magnus explained that a Netherworld Fruit could temporarily improve a Divine Avatar’s comprehension of the Laws, giving Wyatt hope that his Destruction Divine Avatar could reach High-God.
  • Wyatt thanked Magnus, who then left, and Wyatt departed for the Netherworld.
  • Wyatt arrived through the Plane Teleportation Array on Seven Kill Island in the Sea of the Underworld.
  • Wyatt recognized that the Ashcroft Family was nearby and decided to visit them before going to Netherworld Mountain.

Ch. 25Looking Down from Above

Wyatt traveled across the Netherworld while considering a visit to the upcoming Plane Battlefield. In Mingshe City, Ashcroft tortured the captive Camerlo, who blamed the Mingshe Family’s double standards and the Four Divine Beasts Family for Ashcroft’s losses.

  • Wyatt raced away from the Plane Teleportation Array, leaving its guards stunned by his speed.
  • Wyatt considered visiting the Nine Underworlds Domain to witness the upcoming Plane Battlefield, where he intended to remain a spectator.
  • The chapter introduced the Ashcroft Family’s power and its stronghold in Mingshe City.
  • Ashcroft confronted the captured Camerlo, who said he had punished Ashcroft’s son after the son tried to take Camerlo’s daughters.
  • Ashcroft kicked Camerlo repeatedly as Camerlo taunted him over his dead children and his unwillingness to challenge the Four Divine Beasts Family.
  • Ashcroft blamed the Four Divine Beasts Family for his father’s lost chance to become an Overgod and for the deaths of several of his children.

Ch. 26Death Penalty

Ashcroft taunted Camerlo by promising to spare his daughters if they called him Father, then killed them regardless. After Ashcroft cursed the Four Divine Beasts Family and its Overgods, a black-robed figure appeared over Mingshe City and sentenced him to death.

  • Ashcroft explained his family's ancient grudge against the Four Divine Beasts and offered Camerlo's daughters a chance to live if they called him Father.
  • Camerlo's daughters arrived, called him Father, and rushed to his side.

Ch. 27So Frightened He Turned and Ran

  • Ashcroft emerged from the Ashcroft Family's territory, and more than ten thousand family members gathered to shield him from Wyatt.
  • Wyatt attacked without giving Ashcroft a chance to speak, sending a lightning-infused Golden Palm toward the clan as buildings collapsed and a vast Spatial Rift opened.

Ch. 28Kill You, No Reason Needed

Wyatt attacked the Mingshe Family in Mingshe City after Ashcroft’s clan insulted the Four Divine Beasts, overwhelming their forces with his Paragon power. Ashcroft tried to flee toward the Overgod, but Wyatt confronted him with a Sovereign Artifact and prepared to kill him.

  • Wyatt’s Golden Palm killed many Mingshe Family High-Gods, and he then slew a Six-Star Demon who challenged him.
  • Ashcroft realized Wyatt had heard his insult and ordered his clan members to hold Wyatt back while he fled to seek the Overgod’s protection.
  • Thousands of Mingshe Family High-Gods attacked Wyatt, but he dodged or dispelled their strikes without being touched.
  • Wyatt summoned seven lightning phantoms whose arrows slaughtered more than half the gathered forces in Mingshe City.
  • Wyatt caught Ashcroft fleeing with Sovereign’s Might and drew a Sovereign Artifact spear as he declared Ashcroft would die by it.

Ch. 29The Overgod Who Dared Not Show Himself

Wyatt used his Sovereign Artifact to kill Ashcroft and trap the surviving Mingshe Family in Mingshe City, while the Black Water Sovereign chose not to intervene. Wyatt offered the survivors a choice between dying by his hand or fighting until only one remained, and a Mingshe elder challenged him.

  • Wyatt activated his golden Sovereign Artifact and attacked the Mingshe Family as Ashcroft fled, hoping the Black Water Sovereign would appear.
  • The Black Water Sovereign and other Netherworld Overgods watched but did not intervene because Wyatt belonged to the Four Divine Beasts Family.
  • Wyatt hurled his spear through Ashcroft, killing him and leaving behind only his High-God Divine Spark.
  • Wyatt raised a Lightning Prison around Mingshe City, trapping the surviving Mingshe Family members and other divine beings inside.
  • Wyatt offered to kill the survivors himself or let them fight until one person remained alive, and a Seven-Star Demon elder defied him.

Ch. 30A Familiar Game

Wyatt watched the Mingshe Family members turn on one another until Carl became the last survivor, then let him leave. An Azure Dragon Clan elder killed Carl, revealing that Wyatt had never intended to let anyone from the family escape alive.

  • Carl killed a Mingshe Family elder and urged the family to fight among themselves so one member might survive.
  • The Mingshe Family members began slaughtering one another while the gods trapped nearby watched and recorded the battle.
  • Carl emerged as the last survivor, and Wyatt lifted the Lightning Prison and allowed him to leave.
  • An Azure Dragon Clan elder named Humbert attacked and killed Carl, then paid his respects to Wyatt.
  • Wyatt knew Humbert was waiting and revealed through his actions that he had never planned to let the Mingshe Family survive.

Ch. 32Red-haired Pretty Girl

After destroying the Mingshe Family, Wyatt traveled to Netherworld Mountain to seek a Netherworld Fruit that might help his Destruction Divine Avatar advance. He visited the Netherworld Hotel and found the Lord of Death fishing there.

  • Wyatt entered the hotel courtyard, greeted the Red-haired Pretty Girl as the Lord of Death, and she recognized him with surprise.

Ch. 33Night of the Full Moon (3k)

Wyatt met the Lord of Death at Netherworld Mountain, learned about the Mingshe Family’s ancient rivalry with the Four Divine Beasts and its ties to Black Water Sovereign, then waited for the full moon to enter the mountain for a Netherworld Fruit. He raced past the gathered gods and reached the depths of Netherworld Mountain ahead of them.

  • Wyatt told the Lord of Death he had come to seek a Netherworld Fruit for his Destruction Divine Avatar, and she invited him to enter the mountain on the next full moon.
  • The Lord of Death revealed that the Nether Serpent had competed with the Four Divine Beasts for a Sovereign Spark and that Black Water Sovereign had taken Ashcroft of the Mingshe Family as his emissary.
  • Wyatt learned that Black Water Sovereign was only a Water Law Lower God and would not challenge the Four Divine Beasts over the Mingshe Family’s destruction.
  • Wyatt paid to stay at a Netherworld hotel for fifty years while gods there discussed the destruction of the Mingshe Family and their hopes of obtaining a Netherworld Fruit.
  • On the full-moon night, Wyatt flashed past the High-Gods gathered at Netherworld Mountain’s stone gate and entered its depths.

Ch. 34Netherworld Fruit

Wyatt crossed Netherworld Mountain’s white and gray fog regions and found a Netherworld Fruit near the purple fog. He plucked the fruit while the green snakes around its tree remained calm.

  • Wyatt passed through the white fog region, where Heavenly Chains lightning and green snakes posed no threat to him.
  • Wyatt entered the gray fog region and cut down the High-Gods controlled by its soul-affecting energy with his purple flying swords.
  • Wyatt searched the gray fog region but found no Netherworld Fruit, then followed a refreshing fragrance toward the purple fog region.
  • Wyatt found a Netherworld Fruit tree guarded by green snakes and saw a large snake coiled around its trunk.
  • Wyatt waved his hand, causing the Netherworld Fruit to fall from its branch, and plucked it.

Ch. 35Destruction High-God Clone, a Sudden Attack

Wyatt obtained a Netherworld Fruit with the Lord of Death’s help and used it to break through to High-God level with his Destruction Divine Avatar. As he prepared to leave the Netherworld Hotel, an Overgod suddenly attacked him through a Spatial Rift.

  • Wyatt picked the Netherworld Fruit, and the green serpent told him the Netherworld Sovereign was absent and agreed to pass along his thanks.
  • Wyatt returned safely through Netherworld Mountain and thanked the Lord of Death, who invited him to refine the fruit at the Netherworld Hotel.
  • Wyatt consumed the Netherworld Fruit and broke through to the Destruction High-God level.
  • A Spatial Rift opened beside Wyatt, and an Overgod’s arm seized him despite his switch to his Lightning Paragon clone.

Ch. 36Fishing Law Enforcement?

Wyatt met the Four Divine Beasts in Spatial Turbulence and learned that they had hoped to lure the Black Water Sovereign into attacking him. They planned to give Wyatt the Sovereign Sparks of their targets and were preparing to fight the Lightning Sovereign, leaving Wyatt to consider their confidence.

  • The Red-haired Pretty Girl sensed spatial fluctuations from the Netherworld Hotel and speculated about the contest among the Overgods.
  • The Four Divine Beasts rescued Wyatt from Spatial Turbulence and praised him for reaching the High-God realm with his Destruction Divine Avatar.
  • Leiding explained that the Four Divine Beasts were guarding against the Lord of Death and had hoped to kill the Black Water Sovereign if he came after Wyatt.
  • The White Tiger Sovereign said they intended to give Wyatt the Black Water Sovereign's and Lightning Sovereign's Sovereign Sparks to refine.
  • Leiding explained that the Four Divine Beasts had to stay together because other Overgods coveted their Combined Innate Divine Ability and Quintessential Blood.
  • Wyatt said the Four Divine Beasts must be confident in their plan to attack Hurrei, the Lightning Sovereign.

Ch. 37Secret of the Overlords

Wyatt warned the Four Divine Beasts that Of and Augusta might be two sides of the same person, potentially revealing a deadly trap behind their planned attack. Leiding then urged Wyatt to become the Lightning Sovereign and prepare to confront the Lord of Destruction, who was studying the family’s Quintessential Blood.

  • Leiding warned Wyatt to stay away from the Lightning God Plane until the Four Divine Beasts’ plan was ready.
  • Wyatt told the Four Divine Beasts about the Bula Clan and its ability to split into two clones with opposing personalities.
  • Wyatt suggested that Of and Augusta might be the same person, and the Four Divine Beasts realized an attack on Augusta could be a lethal trap.
  • Wyatt named Breiler as the Bula Clan member he had met, and the Vermilion Bird Sovereign thanked him for the warning.
  • Leiding explained that the Lord of Destruction was studying the Four Divine Beasts and would eventually seek their Quintessential Blood.
  • Leiding urged Wyatt to refine the Lightning Sovereign’s Sovereign Spark and proposed that Wyatt might defeat the Lord of Destruction by claiming his Sovereign Spark and Supreme God Artifact.

Ch. 38Authentication, the Third Token!

Wyatt returned to the Tianji Mountain Range and spent nearly a year resting while his other clones cultivated. The Stone of Destiny then showed him a vision of the Heart of Destiny lying at the bottom of a lake.

  • Leiding wished Wyatt well before Wyatt returned to the Tianji Mountain Range, while the Four Divine Beasts headed to the Earth God Plane to investigate Breiler and the Bula Clan.
  • Azure Dragon Clan members welcomed Wyatt, and Gaysleison had Moon Elf Clan women serve as his maids.
  • Wyatt spent nearly a year in the Tianji Mountain Range, relaxing with his Paragon clone while his other three clones cultivated.
  • The Stone of Destiny suddenly showed Wyatt a lake where a sky-blue-haired Azure Dragon Clan member stood beside a middle-aged man.
  • The vision revealed a green triangular crystal on the lakebed, and Wyatt recognized it as the Heart of Destiny, the third Supreme God Token.

Ch. 39Arrival

Wyatt used the Stone of Destiny’s vision to identify the Azure Dragon Clan youth connected to the final Supreme God Token and asked Gaysleison to find him. After learning the youth, Miz, lived in the Karote Material Plane, Wyatt left for it as a teleportation formation there activated.

  • Wyatt concluded that the Heart of Destiny was likely in a Material Plane and decided to locate the Azure Dragon Clan youth from the vision.
  • Wyatt asked Gaysleison to investigate the youth, showing him a portrait of the half-Dragonfied young man.
  • Gaysleison returned the next day with records identifying the youth as Miz, a member of an Azure Dragon Clan branch in the Karote Material Plane who had never left it.
  • Wyatt thanked Gaysleison and vanished in a flash of purple light after learning Miz’s location.
  • In the Karote Material Plane, a teleportation formation on an unnamed island lit up beside a white-haired old man.

Ch. 40Appearance

Wyatt descended into the Karote Material Plane and searched for the Heart of Destiny, but found no trace of it in the lake where he had seen it before. After learning that no one had left the plane in ten thousand years, he began searching among its inhabitants and appeared before Miz, a member of the Four Divine Beasts Family.

  • Wyatt arrived in the Karote Material Plane and used Sovereign Power to search the entire plane, but could not find the Heart of Destiny.
  • Wyatt asked the Plane Warden whether anyone had left the plane; the old man said no gods or Saint Domain experts had departed in ten thousand years.
  • Wyatt left one divine avatar at the teleportation array and sent his Water God Clone to investigate the plane.
  • In Vitt City, Miz boasted to Koni about the Four Divine Beasts Family's power and importance.
  • Miz spotted Wyatt in the palace hall, sensed that he shared his bloodline aura, and respectfully greeted him as a senior.

Ch. 41Ten Years

Wyatt searched the Karote Material Plane for the Heart of Destiny, first questioning Miz and then summoning its gods and Saint Domain experts to Vitt City. When no one claimed to have it, he gave them ten years to produce it before he personally searched and killed them all.

  • Wyatt showed Miz and Koni an image of the Heart of Destiny and pressured Miz to answer, but Miz said he had never seen it.
  • Wyatt ordered every god and Saint Domain expert in the Karote Material Plane to report to the imperial palace in Vitt City within half a month or be killed.
  • After the experts gathered, Muer identified Wyatt and announced that the fifteen days had passed; Wyatt released a soul fluctuation to kill those who had failed to arrive.
  • Wyatt displayed the Heart of Destiny to the assembled experts and promised extraordinary benefits to whoever handed it over.
  • When no one came forward, Wyatt gave everyone ten years to find the Heart of Destiny, threatening to kill them all if it remained missing.
