The name Kato Tsuru sounded familiar. Tianqi felt as if he had heard it somewhere before, but for the life of him, he couldn't remember where. He stared at the folder, lost in thought.
"What's wrong? Is this mission difficult?" Danzo asked when he saw Tianqi frowning.
"The mission's not hard. Wait for my news. As for the secret techniques, forget it. The good stuff is all in the major ninja villages. I doubt you'd be interested in anything from some small place." Tianqi put the papers back in the folder and set aside his questions about the name.
"Don't underestimate secret techniques from small places. Some of them are actually pretty good." Tianqi was right that the things from small places were generally nothing special, but some secret techniques were worthwhile. They just came with more serious side effects, which wouldn't affect his experiments.
"Heh. Don't think I don't know what you're planning. Take my advice: you'd better not conduct human experiments yourself, or you won't even know what killed you." After saying that, Tianqi put on his mask and set out. As for Danzo, Tianqi couldn't afford to let him fall just yet.
