Background / History

Sigewinne is a long-lived Melusine who had already spent a considerable period in Meropide before Wriothesley arrived there. Though she has the appearance of a small child, her age may approach or exceed 400 years. Wriothesley regards her as family and credits her as having filled a parental role in his life. 4 27 117

She learned medicine from a traveling Melusine doctor whom she affectionately called a “witch.” Her mentor’s instruction gave her medical knowledge unusual for a commoner in a society where such learning is typically restricted by family legacy and status. 35

After arriving in the Douluo Continent, Sigewinne lives with Wriothesley and operates an open clinic.
