Ji Xinghe took the braising spices to the kitchen.
She took out a bucket of duck assortment and washed it thoroughly before blanching it.
Then she scooped it out, added water to the Automatic Cooking Pot, and put in the spice packet.
Once the water boiled, she added the duck assortment and let the pot braise it on its own.
While it cooked, Ji Xinghe headed upstairs to the Gravity Room for her daily workout.
Two hours later, she stepped off the treadmill, drenched in sweat.
