Wang Yu sent his Wild Rat Kings to wipe out the zombies on a nearby street and collect their crystals. After disinfecting the crystals, he followed Lin Dong to a bar where the people smuggling firearms were still alive.

Meanwhile, Lin Moxi and Zhong Xiaopei confronted Lin Dong for robbing survivors, but he left with the stolen supplies after Lin Moxi chose to avoid a fight within their new organization.

Lin Dong and Zhong Xiaopei failed to seize the supermarket after encountering shotguns and a Fire-type Ability User, so Wang Yu decided to invest in strengthening his team. He gave ten crystals each to Lin Moxi, Lin Dong, and Zhong Xiaopei to raise their abilities before another attempt.

• Lin Dong and Zhong Xiaopei withdrew from the supermarket after their group was repelled by gunfire and a Fire-type Ability User.
• Lin Dong and Zhong Xiaopei reported their failure to Wang Yu, who learned that the supermarket held at least one Ability User.

Wang Yu sent Lin Moxi, Lin Dong, and Zhong Xiaopei to seize the mall after strengthening their abilities with crystals. They broke into the supermarket and began clearing it, but Lin Dong's decision to execute a surrendering enemy led to a confrontation with Zhong Xiaopei and Lin Moxi.

• Wang Yu gave Lin Moxi and the other two ten crystals each, and they reported that their abilities had grown stronger.

Meanwhile, Lin Dong rampaged through the mall, seizing supplies and killing survivors who challenged him.

• Lin Dong left the supermarket after Lin Moxi and Zhong Xiaopei forced him out.
• Lin Moxi questioned Xue Ping, learned he had taken over the supermarket after the Zombie outbreak, and invited him to join the Have Food Society.

After inspecting the supermarket’s abundant food supplies, Wang Yu planned to use the mall as a base to shelter survivors, expand his territory, and hunt zombies for crystals.

• Lin Moxi settled the new survivors, arranged three meal standards for the Have Rice Society, and prepared night watches at Wang Yu’s direction.
• Wang Yu rode out with Wild Rat King Wang Si and six other Wild Rat Kings to hunt zombies in a densely populated Residential Area.

Wang Yu and the Wild Rat Kings wiped out the nearby zombies, collected 124 crystals, and returned to Wanlong Mall. He assigned the Have Rice Society’s members their next tasks and promised to distribute all crystals among the contributors.

• Wang Yu sensed a powerful zombie on a distant rooftop and charged after it with six Wild Rat Kings, but the zombie fled before he could catch it.
• Wang Yu sent the six Wild Rat Kings to join the Shadow Clones in killing the remaining zombies, then recalled the clones when the surrounding area was cleared.
• Wild Rat King Wang Si burned the piled-up corpses, and Wang Yu and the Wild Rat Kings searched the plaza for crystals, finding 124 in total.

• Wang Yu decided to experiment on his Extraordinary Items and gave a Gray Crystal to a Big Cat inside the Steel Giant Cage.
• The Big Cat mutated into a Two-Winged Nether Cat, gaining wings, increased Attributes, Nether Spirit Qi, and the Nether Flame Breath ability.
