Chapter Summaries

After surviving one Level 4 Fog Wind, Wang Yu prepared his Big Tree for three more waves and easily defeated the arriving Zombies. He then checked on the other players, who struggled through the battle as their supplies and Leaf Umbrellas wore down.

• Wang Yu drew six Cherry Bomb cards after surviving a Level 4 Fog Wind, then received a warning that three Level 4 Fog Winds would arrive each hour for the next three hours.
• Wang Yu removed one Torch Stump and used the freed space to grow a Leaf Umbrella, keeping two Torch Stumps to boost his Cattail Cats.
• Wang Yu's 20 Double-Headed Sunflowers gathered 3,000 Solar Energy in half an hour and another 3,000 over the next half hour.
• When three Level 4 Fog Winds arrived, Wang Yu caught rocks from the Catapult Zombies, used the Leaf Umbrella to block others, and helped destroy the Tractor Zombies before his plants eliminated the remaining Zombies.

• Two Level 2 Fog Winds sent Football Zombies charging into Potato Mines, while the other Zombies also used up mines across several routes.

• Wang Yu caught incoming boulders and hurled them at Catapult Zombies, destroying several of them.
• Wang Yu’s Great Tree lifted its roots and walked over to Xu Xintong, astonishing the Players and viewers.
• Wang Yu blocked more boulders and destroyed additional Catapult Zombies while his Great Tree’s Leaf Umbrellas protected both defenses.
• The Players eliminated all the Zombies, then repaired their damaged Defense Lines and expanded their Leaf Protection Zones.

Wang Yu faced a wave of Fog Winds, Catapult Zombies, and Bungee Zombies that stole Mutated Plants from the Big Trees. He killed 100 Bungee Zombies with [Wall-nuts] and hurried to help Xu Xintong, but kept targeting the remaining airborne thieves as the other Zombies advanced.

• Forty Level 4 Fog Winds and 160 Bungee Zombies arrived, with Xu Xintong's area facing a particularly heavy attack.
• Catapult Zombies bombarded the Big Trees while Bungee Zombies stole 160 Mutated Plants and dropped them far away.
• Wang Yu used 100 [Wall-nuts] to kill 100 Bungee Zombies, leaving 60 still in the sky.
• Wang Yu moved his Big Tree beside Xu Xintong's to help shield her from the Catapult Zombies' rocks.
• Wang Yu caught a rock and threw it at a Bungee Zombie, ignoring Xu Xintong's plea to attack the advancing Zombies instead.

Wang Yu focused on eliminating the dangerous Bungee Zombies while Xu Xintong’s defenses were overwhelmed, then used his Big Tree’s Pumpkin Heads and the Catapult Zombies’ rocks to stop the ground attack. With Xu Xintong’s Defense Line destroyed and thirty Bungee Zombies still airborne, Wang Yu agreed to help rebuild it if the team shared the Solar Energy cost.

• Wang Yu ignored Xu Xintong’s pleas to attack the approaching ground zombies and continued smashing Bungee Zombies with rocks.
