"Maybe he was traumatized. It must've been all those things that traumatized him. After that, he tried to find a way... Our village used to make paper offerings, incense, and candles. They were all small family businesses. He started doing that, too. He left his son in our care and went off to work. When he came back, he started helping people arrange ghost marriages. Apparently, he'd found a master while he was away. The incense, candles, and paper money he used for the ghost weddings all came from our village.
