On July 26, 2011, we investigated the address at 412 Luo'an Road and found that the site had formerly been a green space in Guangxin District, completed in 2000. On April 19, 2001, a rape and murder took place there. The victim was Mi Yufei, 27, a company employee from People's Celebration City; the killer was Li Han, 31, unemployed, also from People's Celebration City. The case was solved on September 11, 2001, and the verdict was delivered on January 7, 2003. Li Han was sentenced to thirteen years in prison and was currently serving his sentence.
