Ch. 302Together We Fall

Loki’s final thrust with Gungnir shattered the already-damaged Bifrost, sending Thor, Loki, Heimdall, and Old Wang into the collapsing space beneath it. Old Wang used the Crimson Magic Belt to pull Heimdall and himself back toward the bridge, while Thor realized Loki had let go.

  • Loki stabbed the nearly shattered Bifrost with Gungnir, triggering an explosion that destroyed the bridge and temple.
  • Thor grabbed Loki and Gungnir as they fell, while Heimdall reached out with his sword and Thor seized it.
  • The collapsing wormholes dragged everyone downward, preventing them from using magic or divine power to escape.
  • Old Wang unfurled the Crimson Magic Belt, anchored it to the Bifrost, and used the Cloud Grasping Whip to catch Heimdall.
  • The Crimson Magic Belt pulled Old Wang and Heimdall back toward the Bifrost, and Thor told Loki they were safe.
  • Thor looked down and saw that Loki had let go.

Ch. 303Odin's Vault

After Loki fell through the broken Bifrost, Thor and the others could not determine whether he had survived or where he had landed. Frigga thanked Old Wang for helping Asgard and allowed him to choose a recognized treasure from Odin's Vault, while she urged Sif to give up on Thor.

  • Loki fell into the collapsing wormholes, and Heimdall’s attempt to track him left him unable to see where Loki had gone.
  • Thor mourned Loki and tried to comfort Old Wang, while Heimdall explained that Loki might have died or landed anywhere in the universe.
  • Sif asked what had happened, and Old Wang explained that Loki had stabbed the Bifrost apart with Gungnir.
  • Frigga thanked Old Wang and offered him a chance to choose a treasure from Odin's Vault once Odin awakened.
  • Frigga told Sif to give up on Thor, then Heimdall led Old Wang into Odin's Vault.

Ch. 304Infinity Gauntlet (Second Update)

Old Wang searched Odin’s Vault for a treasure to take as his reward, but barriers blocked him from the Eternal Fire and Orb of Agamotto. He chose the Infinity Gauntlet instead and asked Heimdall to send him home.

  • Old Wang marveled at the wealth of Odin’s Vault, and Heimdall warned him that the treasures were heavily protected.
  • Old Wang tried to take the Eternal Fire, but magical barriers stopped him.
  • Old Wang tried to take the Orb of Agamotto, but its barriers stopped him as well.
  • Old Wang found the Infinity Gauntlet, and Heimdall told him it was a fake made by Odin.
  • Old Wang picked up the gauntlet without resistance, stored it in the Heart of Azeroth, and asked Heimdall to send him home.

Ch. 305Fist of the Heavens, Wanderer's Companion

Old Wang returned from Asgard to the battlefield, where his allies had defeated the Frost Giants and secured most of the spoils. Back at the Laboratory, he traded stored artifacts and corpses for the Fist of the Heavens and the Wanderer's Companion after learning he could not afford the Fist of Ra-den.

  • Heimdall consulted Frigga, then sent Old Wang back to Earth after accepting gifts for himself, Frigga, and Sif.
  • Old Wang returned to the battlefield, where Skye reported that Thor, Banner, Robbie, and the others had defeated the Frost Giants and secured most of their bodies and the Destroyer.
  • Old Wang left Coulson behind and returned to the Laboratory, where he told Fitz that studying the Destroyer’s divine-grade metal was unlikely to be useful.
  • Old Wang stored most of the Frost Giant and Frost beast corpses in Azeroth, then asked Azeroth Miss to exchange for three artifacts.
  • Azeroth Miss refused the exchange for the Fist of Ra-den, so Old Wang exchanged for the Fist of the Heavens and the Wanderer's Companion instead.

Ch. 306Earth Isn't Enough—Set Our Sights on the Universe!

Old Wang subdued the Fist of the Heavens and examined the value of his Warcraft artifacts in Azeroth Blood. He concluded that Earth's and the Nine Realms' wealth could not buy the greatest artifacts, so he would need to target the entire universe.

  • Old Wang recalled the Fist of the Heavens' origins and its power to command storms, then put on the blades.
  • Al'Akir manifested in a storm and attacked Old Wang's Storm Spirit, which defeated him and destroyed his will.
  • Old Wang picked up the Wanderer's Companion and recalled its history as a staff passed from Freya to Yu'lon and the Monkey King.
  • Old Wang estimated the value of his artifacts and compared them with powerful relics tied to Titans, Dragon Aspects, and other legendary figures.
  • Old Wang decided that acquiring the greatest artifacts would require wealth beyond Earth and the Nine Realms.

Ch. 307A New Chapter

Old Wang examined the Infinity Gauntlet, then assigned Jane, Erik, and Darcy to study spatial changes through a new London laboratory. As Skye reported on the Shengun Bureau’s projects and expenses, Old Wang planned to fund its growth through upgraded Iron Soldiers and the release of World of Warcraft.

  • Old Wang discovered that the Infinity Gauntlet resized to fit his hand and kept its six valuable display gems in place.
  • Old Wang introduced Jane, Erik, and Darcy to Skye, demonstrated the danger of spatial magic, and arranged for them to continue their research at a new laboratory in London.
  • Skye reported that the New Mexico conflict had been covered up as a military exercise and that Fitz was designing the Shengun Bureau’s first Sky Carrier using data from the Kunlun Spaceship and S.H.I.E.L.D.’s Sky Carrier.
  • Skye described the costs of building the Afterlife Base, Kunlun Base, and Azeroth Tower, while Old Wang argued that rising defense budgets and Iron Soldier sales would bring in money.
  • Old Wang dismissed Skye’s concerns that countries would soon copy their Iron Soldier technology and proposed upgrading the Iron Soldiers and releasing World of Warcraft.

Ch. 308"World of Warcraft" Debuts

Old Wang funded the Quantum Laboratory’s supercomputer project while preparing to develop “World of Warcraft.” As alien threats drove governments to strengthen the Shengun Bureau and brace for war, “World of Warcraft” finally debuted.

  • Old Wang offered the Quantum Laboratory five billion dollars to speed up its quantum-computing work, and Hope secured Pym Technologies’ support for the project.
  • Hope and Pym agreed that the first completed supercomputer would support their quantum research and efforts to rescue Hope’s mother.
  • Old Wang left the Quantum Laboratory to focus on developing “World of Warcraft” with Skye’s guidance.
  • After Thor, Loki, and the Frost Giants appeared, world governments expanded the Shengun Bureau and sent people and funding to it.
  • Governments and wealthy buyers increased orders for Iron Soldiers as security preparations and doomsday fears spread.
  • “World of Warcraft” finally debuted.

Ch. 309Who Changed the World (First Update)

By 2010, Old Wang’s Azeroth Group had made virtual technology and World of Warcraft a global phenomenon, expanding through acquisitions, partnerships, and new virtual worlds. As the company’s influence grew, Old Wang shifted his attention from virtual technology to Fitz’s research.

  • Old Wang’s company opened nearly a hundred virtual experience centers, sold over ten million devices, and acquired companies across multiple industries.
  • Azeroth Social Network Company gained more than half the virtual technology market as universities and scientists reported that virtual technology improved brain development.
  • World of Warcraft surpassed competing virtual games with its vast shared world, drawing players and advertising while generating massive cash flow for the company.
  • Azeroth Social Network Company established subsidiaries worldwide and planned new games and open-source virtual worlds that could eventually form parallel universes.
  • Fitz’s research achieved remarkable results, and Old Wang turned his attention away from virtual technology.

Ch. 310Skyward (2nd update)

Old Wang and Fitz reviewed Skyward, a next-generation combat aircraft powered by technology derived from the Kunlun Spaceship, and learned it could vastly outperform Quinjets and even defeat a Sky Carrier in simulations. Old Wang ordered development of the first-generation Sky Carrier to continue and asked Fitz to modify a Quinjet for a moon flight, which Fitz promised to finish within a month.

  • Fitz showed Old Wang a compact engine built from the surface-level technology of the Kunlun Spaceship's Warp Engine and explained it was intended for Skyward.
  • Dunhuang displayed Skyward's design, and Fitz described its speed, weapons, armor, energy systems, and life-support capabilities.
  • Dunhuang presented ten combat simulations in which Skyward defeated every opposing force, including a Sky Carrier and its aircraft.
  • Skye questioned Skyward's projected production cost of three billion dollars per aircraft, while Old Wang argued its performance justified the expense.
  • Old Wang asked how soon Skyward could be built, and Fitz estimated at least a year.
  • Old Wang ordered the Sky Carrier's development accelerated and requested a modified Quinjet capable of reaching the moon; Fitz said it could be ready within a month.

Ch. 311Old Wang Lands on the Moon

Old Wang arranged an Inhuman mission to the moon, hoping to strengthen ties between Afterlife and the Inhumans of Attilan as threats from advanced civilizations grew. After a month of preparations and training, he and the chosen delegation departed in a modified Quinjet.

  • Old Wang concluded that Earth needed to strengthen humanity and ally with the Inhumans against coming threats, while letting S.H.I.E.L.D. research the Cosmic Cube for now.
  • Old Wang and Skye visited Afterlife Base, where Skye's seismic powers and Kamar-Taj mages had helped carve out a vast underground facility.
  • Old Wang learned that Jia Ying was expecting a son and discussed the lunar mission with her and Carl, who confirmed Afterlife was ready to participate.
  • Jia Ying proposed Gordon, Lincoln, Lash, Hellfire, Yo-Yo, and Skye as candidates, but Old Wang chose Skye, Lash, and Gordon to accompany him.
  • Old Wang trained the delegation and arranged high-tech equipment for them, then departed with them from Afterlife Base in a modified Quinjet a month later.

Ch. 312Black Bolt (Second Update)

Black Bolt and Medusa convened Attilan’s leaders to discuss Earth’s probes and the possibility of discovery, while Maximus argued for reclaiming Earth. The meeting ended when Black Bolt sensed an approaching spaceship from Earth.

  • Black Bolt and Medusa arrived at Attilan’s council chamber, where Karnak showed them live footage from Earth and warned that the situation was worsening.
  • Gorgon brought in another lunar probe and argued with Karnak about risking Attilan’s secrecy by destroying Earth’s probes.
  • Black Bolt agreed with Medusa’s decision to wait rather than act against Earth, angering Maximus, who urged the Inhumans to counterattack and reclaim their home.
  • Black Bolt sensed a powerful presence approaching Attilan, and Medusa identified it as a spaceship from Earth.

Ch. 313Tetanus (First Update)

Skye, Old Wang, Lash, and Gordon traveled to the Moon and approached Attilan, the Inhumans’ fragile city beneath a technologically maintained atmosphere. At the basin’s force field, Black Bolt, Medusa, Gorgon, Karnak, and the teleporting dog Tetanus appeared before them.

  • Skye stepped off the Quinjet and surveyed the Moon, feeling sympathy for the Inhumans living in Attilan.
  • Lash sensed powerful energy beneath Attilan, and Old Wang explained that Kree technology and a deep underground reactor sustained the city’s gravity and atmosphere.
  • Old Wang led the group toward Attilan, and they reached the force field separating its green basin from the barren lunar landscape.
  • Gordon warned that someone was approaching, as spatial fluctuations alerted the group.
  • Black Bolt, Medusa, Gorgon, Karnak, and Tetanus appeared, and Old Wang recognized the dog as the source of the teleportation.

Ch. 314That Fat Guy Is the Easiest to Bully! (Second Update)

Old Wang and the others met Black Bolt and the Inhumans on Attilan, where Tetanus ate a Dragon Bone and revealed an unexpected appetite. After Gorgon’s shockwave failed, he charged at Old Wang to test the Earthlings.

  • Old Wang reasoned that Tetanus must be an Inhuman because only Inhumans could use Terrigen Crystals, but he mistook the creature for an ordinary dog.
  • Old Wang tossed Tetanus a Dragon Bone, which Tetanus devoured before eagerly begging him for more.
  • Gorgon confronted the Earthlings while Skye watched Black Bolt, Gordon focused on Tetanus, and Old Wang studied Karnak.
  • Gorgon stomped the ground to unleash a shockwave, but Skye moved subtly and made it vanish.
  • Gorgon judged Old Wang to be the least dangerous Earthling and charged at him.

Ch. 315Old Wang's Mental World

Old Wang defeated Gorgon with a finger flick, stunning the Inhumans and revealing himself as their strongest opponent. He then drew Black Bolt into his Mental World to speak privately.

  • Medusa and Black Bolt telepathically discussed the visitors’ strength and concluded that Old Wang was the strongest among them.
  • Gorgon charged Old Wang, who flicked him away with one finger and hurled him into a muddy pool.
  • Old Wang pulled Gorgon from the pool and tossed him beside Black Bolt, while Karnak tried to console the humiliated guard.
  • Medusa wondered how Old Wang could be so powerful without an apparent Inhuman genetic flaw.
  • Old Wang enveloped Black Bolt in his Mental World and told him that his electromagnetic power could not escape it.

Ch. 316The Enemy Is Already on the Way (Second Update)

Old Wang met Black Bolt in a Mental World and explained that he had come to help the Inhumans prepare for dangers beyond Earth. He warned Black Bolt that an enemy was already on the way.

  • Karnak sensed an abnormality in Black Bolt's mind and realized Old Wang had brought him into a Mental World.
  • Old Wang introduced himself to Black Bolt and demonstrated that he could suppress the destructive energy of Black Bolt's voice.
  • Old Wang urged Black Bolt to practice controlling his power so he could protect Attilan without endangering its people.
  • Black Bolt asked what Old Wang wanted, and Old Wang said he had come to help the Inhumans.
  • Old Wang warned Black Bolt that advanced civilizations posed a growing danger and told him that the enemy was already on the way.

Ch. 317Supergiant & Nebula (Third Update)

Thanos gave Loki the Mind Stone Scepter and ordered him to infiltrate Earth, while Nebula reported that Wang and Black Bolt were forming an alliance on the Moon. Thanos assigned Supergiant to accompany Loki and ordered the Kree to create a diversion on Earth and the Moon.

  • Thanos gave Loki the Mind Stone Scepter, and Supergiant flooded his mind with knowledge about how to use it.
  • Loki planned to control the Cosmic Cube research on Earth, open a portal for his body, and bring the Chitauri Army to help him defeat his enemies.
  • Thanos learned from Nebula that Wang was Earth's Shengun Bureau director and had gone to the Moon to ally with Black Bolt of Attilan.
  • Nebula offered to capture Wang and Black Bolt, but Thanos ordered her to notify Accuser Ronan and have the Kree create trouble on Earth and the Moon.
  • Thanos told Supergiant to accompany Loki to Earth and warned them not to make mistakes.

Ch. 318Fair Fight (First Update)

Old Wang warned Black Bolt that Thanos and the Infinity Stones threatened the universe and urged Attilan to ally with Earth. Black Bolt agreed to test Old Wang’s strength in a fair fight on Mars, leaving Old Wang to face Attilan’s challenge to teleport there.

  • Black Bolt recalled how a glowing woman had destroyed the Kree missiles and starships that attacked Earth fifteen years earlier.
  • Old Wang told Black Bolt about Thanos and argued that Earth and Attilan needed to join forces against him.
  • Black Bolt demanded a demonstration of Old Wang’s power, and they agreed to fight on a barren planet outside the Mental World.
  • Medusa announced that Black Bolt had chosen Mars and asked whether Old Wang would travel there alone or with Tetanus.
  • Old Wang glanced at Gordon, who realized that his own teleportation ability could not take them from the Moon to Mars.

Ch. 319Bolt King, Wait for Me!

Old Wang tried to reach Black Bolt by making repeated short-range Sling Ring jumps across the gap between the Moon and Mars. As he continued teleporting, he reviewed his strength and opened the Heart of Azeroth’s attribute interface.

  • Black Bolt and Tetanus returned after failing to teleport to the other side, so Old Wang volunteered to go himself.
  • Old Wang used the Sling Ring to open a portal, then began making many shorter jumps because his True Qi limited each teleport to about thirty thousand kilometers.
  • Gorgon waited for Black Bolt and called on Tetanus to check on him, but the dog refused; Karnak proposed a fight to pass the time, and Lash challenged Skye’s group.
  • Old Wang continued teleporting and considered his cultivation, equipment, and limited Azeroth Blood while traveling toward Black Bolt.
  • Old Wang entered the Heart of Azeroth with his consciousness and brought up its attribute interface.

Ch. 320Mimiron's Deconstruction Matrix

Old Wang activated the Heart of Azeroth’s Mimiron’s Deconstruction Matrix and merged his Sling Ring into the artifact, gaining teleportation and portal functions. He vanished while attempting to teleport to Mars, where Black Bolt was waiting for him.

  • Old Wang examined the Heart of Azeroth’s dormant functions and identified Mimiron’s Deconstruction Matrix as a way to deconstruct and reconstruct items.
  • Old Wang spent 100 grams of Azeroth Blood to activate the matrix and scan his Sling Ring.
  • The Heart of Azeroth optimized the Sling Ring, absorbed it, and gained Teleportation and Portal functions.
  • Old Wang attempted to teleport to Mars and vanished in a flash of magic.
  • Black Bolt waited on Mars, wondering whether Old Wang had failed to teleport or was afraid to arrive.

Ch. 321The Greatest Destructive Power

Black Bolt fought Old Wang on Mars, believing his sonic attacks and electromagnetic power would secure victory, but Old Wang’s energy techniques and superior combat skill wore him down. With his power depleted and facing another electromagnetic storm, Black Bolt admitted defeat.

  • Black Bolt sensed Old Wang underground and unleashed a sonic shockwave that reduced the ground to dust.
  • A golden energy dragon emerged from the earth, and Black Bolt shattered it with another shockwave.
  • Old Wang appeared behind Black Bolt and struck him with energy that injured him before Black Bolt blasted him away.
  • Black Bolt and Old Wang fought for half an hour as Black Bolt’s electromagnetic energy dwindled and Old Wang’s combat skill gave him the advantage.
  • Black Bolt recognized that he had lost and controlled his voice to trigger another electromagnetic storm.
