The Barbarian Race were indeed the natives of the Savage Beast Realm. It seemed that ever since the Savage Beast Realm had appeared, these barbarians had existed.
However, the barbarians of the Savage Beast Realm were somewhat different.
Unlike savage beasts, they did not absorb Law Power only for it to be almost entirely absorbed by their physical bodies.
These barbarians also cultivated Law Power, but their cultivation differed from that of cultivators in the Ancient Sacred Domain.
In the Ancient Sacred Domain, after one became an Unrivaled Sovereign, Great Dao Marks would be inscribed within one's Inner World.
But the Barbarians only inscribed Barbarian God Marks upon themselves.
According to Qin Shaofeng's understanding, these so-called Barbarian God Marks seemed to have been bestowed by an existence the Barbarian Race revered, even worshipped, as a god.
That existence was the so-called Barbarian God. Thus, the true name of the Barbarian Marks was Barbarian God Marks, not Great Dao Marks.
However, in Qin Shaofeng's view, this Barbarian God worshipped by the Barbarian Race of the Savage Beast Realm was likely the Great Dao Law of the Savage Beast Realm.
Just like the Great Dao Law of the Ancient Sacred Domain, it could allow cultivators to inscribe Great Dao Marks.
It was merely that in the Savage Beast Realm, the Barbarian Race regarded the Great Dao Law as a deity.
As for why the Barbarian Race's Barbarian Marks did not exist within their bodies but were instead directly inscribed upon the surface of their bodies, Qin Shaofeng did not understand.
Qin Shaofeng only knew that apart from the first Barbarian Mark they possessed, all of the Barbarian Race's other Barbarian Marks were inscribed upon their bodies through a series of complex processes using savage beast blood or the power of Savage Beast
