Whether it hurt, whether it saddened him, whether he cared—those were another matter entirely. None of that was worth He Da's concern.
What concerned He Da was that, despite him personally making a move, Qin Shaofeng had still killed so many of his companions, right beneath their very noses. His face immediately darkened.
Not to mention that his master, He Kuang, had already spoken.
Without even turning around, He Da seemed to vaguely see the fury on He Kuang's face in the distance behind him.
And the consequences of angering that young master were not something He Da could bear.
"Bastard!"
Thinking of the terrifying consequences of He Kuang's rage, He Da suddenly flew into a fury and roared at Qin Shaofeng.
"Damned invader, you are simply courting death!"
Courting death?
A cold sneer curled over Qin Shaofeng's lips. Then he turned and gave He Da a casual glance, his eyes filled with contempt.
"Ah! I'll kill you!"
That trace of contempt in Qin Shaofeng's eyes thoroughly ignited the rage in He Da's heart. He was about to explode from anger.
Angry?
Watching He Da's expression, as though he wanted nothing more than to devour him alive, Qin Shaofeng gave a cold smile.
This was only the beginning!
"Damned invader, you piece of trash—die!"
Seeing that Qin Shaofeng did not answer and merely looked at him with disdain, the fury in He Da's heart surged skyward.
Boom!
With an explosive bang, like a volcano utterly set ablaze, He Da erupted completely after letting out that furious roar.
Whoosh!
Firelight flashed across his entire body, and He Da seemed to ignite in an instant.
But upon closer inspection, this was not burning at all. He Da only appeared to be engulfed in flames because he had unleashed every bit of Law
