"The dwarf is still here?"
A ghostly, phantom-like figure arrived without a sound.
His appearance did not stir even the faintest ripple in the power of heaven and earth, let alone produce any sound or other disturbance.
Even all traces of his life aura seemed to have vanished completely.
Fortunately, Destroyer of Three Immortals had switched sides.
Otherwise, even with Qin Shaofeng's unusually keen sense for danger, there was no way he could have noticed where such a ghostly figure had come from.
The figure only stopped after approaching within several dozen meters of Qin Shaofeng.
He looked into the distance.
Qin Shaofeng wore the air of a victor as he quietly calculated and fiddled with the Space Ring in his hand, clearly utterly unaware of his arrival.
And the thin man, trailing a little tail behind him as he continuously searched the ground for all kinds of resources, had his brows tightly furrowed.
As an assassin.
What he most needed to excel at was observing his surroundings.
With a single glance.
It was clear that the great formation around the cave abode at the end of the valley had been broken, while the corpses scattered across the ground showed that an internal dog-eat-dog struggle had taken place.
The surrounding rocks and trees also seemed to have been badly damaged by that battle.
But that was merely a cursory glance.
What truly caught his attention were the few corpses among them.
Foremost among them were the bodies of Young Master Qi and the other three.
The appearances of the two guards were unfamiliar, but Young Master Qi and Master Hu had long been renowned figures. How could he possibly fail to recognize them?
Not to mention that, not far away, lay a corpse he knew more intimately than anyone else.
