Those were all Limitless experts. Even Star Sea City seemed to have only Lei Tong among experts of that level, didn't it?
Didn't that mean that the true strongest beings of the Ruthless Dynasty were likely like the rumored Starry Sky Sacred Hall and Immortal Stream—if not Supreme Experts, then at least beings close to that level?
Just how many peak experts had emerged in the starry sky on the reverse side of the True Void Realm?
